Now, what if Riako is offline, and you have a question about Poke heroes? What if you're impatient? Well, than if this is added, you can easily make thread in the FAQ section, and other users may help. Feel free to state your opinion.

Also, there is a FAQ thread and we also have the wiki - they both actually can answer a lot of possible questions. ;)
