Void:male-consumes inanimate and animate things to fuel a power that's unknown and SUPER SUPER OP. The thing he uses to consume is a black void shadows stuff, which kills them, too. Possibly more powerful than the red king himself.
Fire nebula:male-creates and controls fire nebulas, which are space nebulas and fire combined.
Sandstorm:male-creates and controls sand in an OP way
Dragon Demon Fire:male-controls and creates Dragon Demon slayer fire, and has super super high health and attack with powers.
Genius:super super intelligent and has a lot a LOT of wisdom which is his power, would never kill Sesu, though, even if threatened, because he would know what would happen if he betrayed, and he just doesn't anyway.

Spark:Male-uses electricity to give electricity to the city
Ice summoner:Male-summons Ice creatures
Dark summoner:Male-summons Darkness creatures
Ice:Male-1/3 of Kuro's Ice powers, in terms of attack and Ice endurance and energy.
Shark:male-super sharp teeth, good sense of smell, really good endurance, uses a large sword, controls and creates Mist and Salt Water. (based off Kisame Hoshigaki)
Rain:male-can make rain falls as hard as bullets, does 5 damage each.
Mech:female-good at repairing and building machines, can control mechanical stuff, and create. Can be OP, sometimes, once reaches Epic battle ready level.
Photon:controls light particles, and illusions, too, can make light become weapons, and stuff.
Sword:female-summons sword(s) into hand(s), depending on dual wielding or just one handed wielding.



Leader of Enforcement:




For both of them, being around their types of powers makes the Epics stronger. Like Sesu being around Fire, that he didn't make, that's natural, makes him stronger.

Now we begin.
Mud man walks up to a person, and demands a glass of water. When they are slow, he makes a forcefield around them, and crushes them with it. He liked to laugh whenever he did so. When he saw steelheart, he decided to leave Chicago and find new territory. He found a city known as Indianapolis, and took it over. But, the reckoners were after him. They wanted to see him dead.

Kuro's people below him: His two second in commands are: An epic who builds and constructs from nothing, like creates and builds, and forms. And, his other person right below him has the power to create a Space black/red nebula shroud of death. Kuro has others, he has 10 3rd in commands. And, that's all his high epics. Kuro is sitting in a black throne, and watching over his city. Kuro: *drinks glass of soda* "Hwa hwa hwa!!!!" Kuro says as he hears that he has a challenger. *walks down throne steps* *with Black cloak* (I'm going to make new characters soon, and Sam you should join the Wings of Fire rp) "I've never had a challenger, but now it's time to see, I haven't used them in a long time"

The reckoners begin to thin out, beginning an attack on Mud Man.

Sesu: *faces his opponent* "So, you think you can win?" HWA HWA "HWA!!!!"

Opponent:"Yeah, so then I can control the Empire"

Sesu: "boi, how do you think I started this Empire?"

Random person: “by killing the last emperor?”

"I started it myself, by claiming this land with my followers, even some of my powers are unknown.
(I didn't write all his powers)

Another random person: “Does that mean you have two prime invibilities” *gasp from crowd*, “Because in the rules it states you can only have one!!”

*Walks into bar and steals a soda*

"No"*he says in a booming voice* *punches the challenger with a Fire punch, sending the opponent flying* *then the Red king picks up the challenger and spins and spins and spins and throws the challenger using fire to make the challenger go far far away, probably dead*

The crowd gasps as Sesu does this.

"HA HA HA, anyone else?!"

A random epic called Deathpoint walks up onto the stand, and grins, he holds his hands in fists, preparing to strike.
The crowd gasps as he walks up.

Fire nebula burns him in a great wave

The burn has no affect, and Deathpoint points at Sesu, hoping to disentigrate him.

That's not how it works, Fire nebula is level 150, Death point is level 100

Fire nebula may be less than Death nebula, but Fire nebula can easily kill many many people, less than Death Nebula can.

When did we use the leveling system? I know I added stats, but they really dont do very much.
