*Logging in. But is there any hidden things that you know but
people never tell you, such as I found one when getting Aqua? If so
can you tell me. Is it any page or just your profile? Is it when
you only login through the logout and login button? Is it a daily
chance?

It's not connected to Logging in.
Staid can appear on any page you go to.
It just appears on your screen as you arrive on the new page. No hidden information, Staid just likes to come and go as he does.
However, this does make him easy to miss, as you don't always pay as much attention, despite his huge "You found me" sprite.
No idea if refreshing would work.
