Mira waved at Setchi and looked to Tiger. "I'd love to follow in his footsteps right now, but we've got some stuff to take care of," She nodded, and looked through her bag for a pokeball. "...Z, get checked out before I send Nurse Joy over myself."

Mel's pokégear buzzed and she sighed, reaching for it. She groaned in annoyance and moved to exit the Pokémon center, moving to scramble out of earshot before she answered. "What do you want." She muttered, sinking to the ground, crossing her legs.

There was a clicking noise as Magearna rounded the corner and tilted her head, moving to sit beside her comfortingly.

"Look, we ran into an incident in Alola-- Zoro, stop-- and it ended really badly, but on the bright side, I get a new friend." Mia sounded too cheerful.

"Who?"

"I got the Sun Flute! Except that was after Solgaleo got eaten by a Necrozma."

"I'm sorry, what?"

"Just come visit! Oh, Fini says hi, by the way. I think she has something for you? I dunno man, I only understand so much water-bird."

"I'll visit later." Mel promised with a small smile.

"You better! Zoro is getting desperate, he was flirting with a strangers Lucario yesterday."

Mel snickered. "Poor thing."

Akio sighed and shook his head slightly at Z's comment. He glanced at Tiger, and sighed in relief when Z and Mira's arguing didn't wake him yet. "Z it might be for the best that you go get seen" the Lucario said gently.

Shadow came up behind Mel after hearing the conversation ”Just keep him in his pokeball until Riu is around.” she suggested putting her chin on Mel’s head.

"...Good," Mira smirked at Z. "Ah, is this seriously all I have?" She pulled out a moon ball. "Here you go. ...If you want, of course," She offered the ball to the Pichu.

Pichu looked at the moon ball and squeaked cheerfully. He then tapped the button and instantly was captured.

Mel smiled at Shadow. "I have no idea what you're saying." She grinned, before turning her attention back to her pokégear. "I'll visit you once we get out of Kalos, okay? Tell Acciaio I said hi."

"Will do. Stay safe, dweeb." And with that, Mia hung up.

"She's awful." Mel rolled her eyes, turning to Shadow. "How's Z?" She asked, standing up to make her way back inside. Magearna sprinted inside to roll herself into a ball and hide beneath one of the seats to rest.

Mira smiled and looked at the moon ball, clicking it into the final pokeball slot of her belt. "Well. It'll be nice to raise another pokemon," She mumbled to no one in particular. She got up to find Jamie or Robert.

Mel grabbed her pokeballs back from Nurse Joy and released Riu, who looks relieved to be out of the pokeball again. She turned and glanced at Tiger briefly, spotting Marron too. She rolled her eyes fondly but didn't move to wake them up.

"So I never want to do that again." Riu remarked dryly. Mel snorted in agreement.

[sorry super late post! don't kill me I made the new RP sign up thread]

Cyndaquil ran out of the back room. He was fully healed, minus a few bandages on his muzzle and arms. He ran over to Tiger, and jumped onto the chair waking the trainer. "Wha-Oh Cyndaquil" Tiger said with a yawn and sat up. He moved his cap and blinked at Mel. "Um did I do something wrong?" He asked as he noticed the rude look in her eyes.

"Me neither," Mira yawned, and glanced at the clock. It was late. "...No, you didn't do anything wrong I don't think."

She received her pokemon back from Nurse Joy and clicked them into her belt next to the new moon ball, which she was already thinking of nicknames for.

"What? No, I'm spacing out, sorry." Mel yawned and shook herself. "You both okay?" She checked. Marron flung herself off of Tiger's lap and into Mel's arms, nearly knocking the trainer over.

Tiger blinked and shook his head as he misread the rude glance completely. "Must still be tired" he said gently, and yawned. "I'm fine. Just a few cuts, and a twisted ankle, but nothing bad enough to kill me" he said joking gently. "Cyndaquil looks like he's back to normal." He added in relief, and looked at his starter. He looked up towards Mel "are you alright?" He asked softly.

"I'm not allowed to battle for a month" Cyndaquil said crossly causing Tiger to sigh.

"I'm not even battling anyone for a month, so I'm sure you'll survive" he said with a roll of his eyes to his starter. At least he's acting like his normal self... Tiger added to himself with a sigh.

The Pichu squeaked in agreement and cheered playfully.

[Lucky do you want to control the Pichu, or do you want me to?]

Mira snickered and rubbed Pichu's ear. "...Watt," She decided. "I'm glad Cyndaquil's alright. I can't imagine you without him," She smiled.

Tiger nodded and looked at Cyndaquil for a moment. "You and I both. I honestly think it'd feel super guilty if he died." He admitted with a sigh.
