Tiger nodded and glanced over to Mel for a split second before walking into the cafe. He remembered what Cyndaquil had said about something Shadow said. I have to talk to Z about this...but what do I even say? he thought in slight frustration. He then got a lemonade and a sandwich. He stood next to the counter and waited for Mira and Z.

Mel screeched and dropped her pokegear in surprise, catching it before it hit the ground. "ARCEUS IVAN YOU GAVE ME A HEART ATTACK--" She wheezed, clutching her chest dramatically. "And currently fine. Where've you been anyways?"

Casey hummed a tune inbetween bites of her donut (cream filled and chocolate covered, of course). She pondered how the light crushing would turn out- she could easily tell a romance was being sparked. She sat on the edge of the fountain.

Mira got some hot black tea with lemon (some habits never die) and a cookie for Toka. They sat down near Tiger. "Have you ever considered coffee?" Toka asked.

Tiger blinked and glanced over to Z. "Yeah.." he said with a sigh he glanced at the bottle the lemonade came in so he wouldn't have to look at Z.

"Okay, so that weird tower thing in the center of Lumiose is actually a gym..? That's kinda cool." Mel murmured, continuing to scroll through her pokégear. "We should go visit everyplace in Lumiose." She grinned at Riu.

The Lucario simply smirked at her, shaking his head in amusement.

Mira pulled out her pokedex (which she seriously should have upgraded into a pokegear by this point, but she decided she simply didn't care and would periodically ask for updates from Oak) and texted Mel. Tonight, at the hotel, meet me in my room. I wanna talk a little

Tiger sighed and looked over to Z "I wouldn't want to sugar coat or hurt you...." He began in a guilty mutter. He then looked at the ground and sighed "I-I uh mean I kind of like Mel, and I count you as a friend" he admitted gently and put his head on the table. "Though the problem with Mel is... I don't want things to get awkward around us. I've known her for three years, and I don't want to scare her away with awkwardness..." he whispered. Out of everything I've been through...I'm afraid to talk about how I feel...why does this have to be difficult he thought to himself.

Mira grinned even more as she overheard Tiger; she still remained silent, and didn't let anyone see the devilish expression on her face. Even Toka was distracted, mesmerized by her cookie. To lighten the weird tone she set with Mel, she sent a meme as consolation.
