how do you get the sleeping spirit and the tree spirit?

Aqua (I believe that's the name of the "zzzz" sprite - it's been a while for me xD), can be obtained at the coinflip randomly. As for the 'tree sprite' (yeah, I don't remember the name :'D) can be obtained at the honey tree while luring pokemon ^^
