"Destroy Team Rocket, and save Ho-Oh" Tiger said simply, and
sighed. "Although...I'm a walking target...so I might leave the
group. It'd be safer for you guys that way" he said with a sigh.
"If you're leaving, I'm going with you. It'll be helpful to have
the fabled Foreseer on your side after all. Besides, I'm not gonna
let you guard the Silver Wing by yourself. If my meteorite gets
spotted, then... I'd be a target. Heh." Roy started, with a lighter
tone, then got more serious. "I, Roy, swear my blade onto you,
Tiger. I will assist you in protecting the Silver Wing."
Tiger nodded, mand smiled slight "thanks...sorry if I seemed
secretive before, and I understand if you don't trust me..." He
said quietly, and looked at Cyndaquil's pokeball. "I never really
trust people much, but you, Mel, and Victor as well as the
others..." He trailed off with a sigh. "I think it's only fair if I
tell them about leaving the group, and see who'd want to come" he
finished partially to himself.
"Victor will probably come, and maybe Heart. Heck, even Mel might
decide to come! At this point, the more the merrier indeed!" Roy
finished, packing his swords and returning his Pokemon. "If there's
somewhere you need to go, tell us. But, I do have to begin
collecting badges... How about we return to Violet?"
Tiger nodded in agreement "we should return to Violet...and get
stronger by taking the gym challenge. I mean it could help us get
stronger, and the stronger we are the better right?" He said
softly. "I'd still want to give the others a chance to join if they
want to or not..." He said with a sigh.
Roy walked with Tiger out of the National Park and into Goldenrod
City. "Hey Victor." Roy wondered if Tiger was going to reveal his
secret to everyone else.
"Hi there!" Victor said to Roy, as the rain extinguished the last
of the embers. Shine had become slightly more powerful.
Star the Hoothoot also returned to Victor. She was rescuing smaller
children since she could carry them unlike other Hoothoot.
"I think I'm broken." Mel complained, somehow managing to stand up,
despite the fact that she was seventy percent sure her leg was
broken. "This is the last time I try and stop a city from burning."
She also had a huge cut going across her left eye. It wasn't
bleeding anymore, but her eye was squeezed shut. "Seriously. Done
forever." She reached into her backpack, pulling out her water
bottle and pouring some water on her eye. The blood slowly washed
off. "I'm glad my mom made it seem like I was heading into the
apocalypse or something." She muttered as she pulled out a white
eyepatch that hospitals use to cover a patients eye. She pulled it
on and grinned.
Star flew in the air and soon spotted Mel. The Hoothoot signalled
to her by making the loudest Hoots Victor had ever heard. The owl
Pokemon debated brining Mel to Victor in her talons, like she had
rescued the smaller children. She's too heavy and big to
lift. She sighed.
Tiger walked back into town, and looked over to Mel. "Are you
alright!?" He asked in shock, and instantly felt awful for what
happened. This is my fault...I shouldn't have lead them
here... he thought with a sigh.
Mel laughed. "I'm fine! This was the most fun I've had in months!
Sure, dying sucks, but hey, at least I'm outside. Take that, mom!"
She punched the air, though a bit of blood still seemed from the
bandage on her eye. "Of for f-"
Tiger sighed "I think it'd be best if you went to get at fixed" he
said quietly. He had a cut across his neck where Ho-oh had pinned
him down, and his coat was slightly damaged where he fell on the
train tracks.
