Appearance: uniform with a scarf and a mask covering his mouth and nose. 5'9" tall, and very skinny
Skill:enhanced acrobatics(slightly higher jump height, like 3 inches higher. Slightly faster running speed, but not much. And backhand rolls and stuff like that)
Personality:very self righteous, and ignorant a times. The kinda guy that gets into fights a lot.
Weapons: ~~two pistols at his belt~~(he lost them) now will be two combat knives in the future.

I edited my form to change the weapons, seeing as he lost his pistols and all. In the future he will hopefully get the knives, not sure how yet.
