"Hmm..." Lunaro paused, looking up at the treetops as if they would give her an answer.
"Well, flying is out of the question. You probably aren't used to your wings, and it would be pretty dangerous to try so. You have brute strength now, so you could test that out. And you could probably figure out how to make a small flame, although you might only be able to make smoke for now." She chuckled a little, then said, "I would just experiment with it. I can't exactly recommend anything to start with. Every aspect you gain needs work, and you could work on any of them."

Damian went back and was watching Lunaro train the others and only just heard the benefits of becoming a Dragon Type Master. Wow... that's a lot of benefits with several drawbacks. Besides, I can counter Ice types. A Gallade with a decent moveset can easily beat more than half the 18 different types. he thought and came out into the open, remembering it was rude to eavesdrop on conversation.

Lunaro's ears twitched as she heard someone come closer, and turned to see the Gallade from earlier.
What was his name?
Ah, Damian.
"Welcome back." She dipped her head to the Gallade. "We were just in the middle of some training. Bracken here is getting there. He had a rocky start, but he handled his new type well." She gave the Treecko a reassuring smile, then turned back to glance at the Gallade.

Crystal had calmed herself down enough and decided to head back. She ran across a couple of trees and made it back to where Lunar was. She looked over and saw Bracken was a dragon, some shiny shuckle and the Ballads had come back. Wow, I must have been gone longer than i thought... She hoped down from the tree and next to Bracken and Lunaro. "Nice new look," she said to Bracken, "but I prefer ghost." She pushed herself to change into the ghost form again. She slowly became translucent and felt the weight disappear from her body. She grinned and looked over to the shuckle. "Hi there," she said happy about her transformation.

Bella watched the suicune and figured she just wanted to be alone. "Well I guess I'm not wanted here so I'll be off. She made herself invisible and flew off making a quiet bell sound. She went back to where she was before and saw the Treecko, the Zorua and the Poo hyena were all in different forms. She made a loud bell sound in a bit of shock and came almost right over them to see closer.

"I see. I think I remember saying that I wouldn't mind joining earlier, but you may have been a bit too busy." Damian noted with a shrug. He would definitely try for Dragon type, guessing he would have more since he was stronger than the oter two. This is further helped by the fact his mother was a Garchomp. Damian felt a pang when he remembered her.

Bracken smiled at Crystal, glad that she was feeling better. "Ditto," he said. Wanting to show her a bit of what he could do, he tried to focus on breathing fire. He felt his chest grow a bit hot and started to blow it out. Just then a loud bell sound rang out and he startled, coughing on the smoke instead of breathing it out. Smooth, he thought, groaning inwardly. He stopped. Wait. Didn't that Glameow... Bracken realized that he had never caught her name. ...say something about a bell sound? He looked around rapidly, not sure where it had come from. It had sounded close, but he couldn't see anything that could've possibly made it.

"Did you hear that?" he asked Crystal, getting up, his eyes still scanning the clearing.

Crystal giggled a little at Brackens attempt yo make fire and stop pen suddenly when she heard the bell. That bell...Will the voice come back too? She looked yo Bracken and said "I heard the bell earlier when I was in the tree and I heard a... voice." She looked around to find out where it came from and unknowingly started floating.

Belle saw Bracken start coughing on smoke and made another bell sound. I've got to learn how to control that sound. She flew off a little to the side and went near bracken to make sure he wasn't hurt because of it.

Gliz sighed, looking at the obviously still frighted Suicune. Seeing the Latias leave, seemingly back in the direction she had come from, though since it had gone invisible she couldn't be sure, she remember the Chrystanigh Poochyena. Coming up nearly nose to nose with the legendary. "Hey, look, I have some people I was talking to earlier. They might be the key for me to be able to make up for some things in my past... I'm going to go talk to them, and I promise they're all nice pokemon, like that Gallade. You can come with me if you'd like, so you don't have to be all alone here." With that, she took a step back again and turned around, trotting slowly back to the group so the Suicune could follow if it wanted.

She had to become a Chrystanigh. If it was true... She could... Her heart beat pounded in her ears at the thought. She'd finally would have power, more than she could ever imagine being such a plain normal type. Even if she reached level 100 at this rate, it would hardly matter. That Everstone around her neck had weighed heavy for a long time, the idea of power coming with evolution. But she wasn't the vow breaking type.

"Hmm," Bracken murmured, massaging his throat. Maybe trying to breathe fire hadn't been the best thing to try out first. Though he hadn't put too much energy into it, his throat burned, making normal breathing a little more painful. Another bell sound filled the air, softer now, but just as unplaceable as the previous one.

As he stood there, a faint jolt went through him. Bracken jumped, caught off guard, before recognizing it as some kind of life energy. Was there... another Dragon type nearby? He tried to feel out for it like he had with the trees before, but having little experience with the type, nothing came to him. He took a step back.

"H-Hello?" he called quietly, cringing a bit as the word irritated his throat.

Bella frowned seeing he did seem hurt. She heard Ashe said hello and sighed figuring he knew she was there. She moved backwards a tiny bit and made herself visible again. She flew around in a circle and landed on the ground calmly and smiled, "[I]Hi I'm Bella. You probably could guess I was here right?[I]" she said telepathically to all of the poke on she saw nearby.

Bracken jumped back and cried out in surprise as a large flying Pokemon appeared out of thin air in front of him. He gasped from the sharp pain that followed the outburst, shutting his eyes tightly. Okay, this is not gonna work, he thought. I should go find a Rawst Berry or something.

The Treecko jumped again as Bella's telepathy interrupted his thoughts. Not sure how to respond without making his throat hurt more, Bracken gave a sort of half shrug.

Bella looked at Bracken sympathetically. "You poor thing you must be in pain. Do you want me to help you find a rawst berry? You can just nod yes or no," she said in her soft and gentle voice just in Bracken, Cystal and Lunaro's head. She gave a soft smile to them and made another bell noise out loud. She looked over all of them, still a little confused about the transformation thing but didn't feel like asking.

Crystal's eye widened when she heard the voice enter her mind. "You were the voice from earlier!" she said and jumped in front of Bracken next the the Latias and sniffed her. "Wow, I haven't seen a legendary in a while," she said less on edge. She turned over to bracken who was still clearly in pain from the fire. "She's right, even if you don't get a rawst berry you should get some water," she said to him.

Lunaro nodded her head to Damian. "Alright then! I can assess you now, if you'd like!"
The Poochyena looked at Bracken as he tried to spit out a plume of fire. Only smoke came out, but that was thanks to a surprise from a certain Dragon type that had just appeared.
The Poochyena blinked in surprise at the Latias, especially since she had just telepathically spoken. But she wasn't too shocked. There had been a few deities in the Chrystanigh group.
Lunaro remembered meeting one, a shimmering ice blue bird who could control the earth and bend it to her will.

The Poochyena shook her head, dismissing the distant memories. She stepped towards the Latias, bowing her head. "Hello, I'm Lunaro, leader of the Chrystanigh." She turned back to Bracken. "A Rawst berry probably would help him. Having a fire attack backfire into your throat really can't be good."

She suddenly stopped, frowned as the bell rang out. "Oh, you were that other presence I sensed. I knew something was there, but you were invisible. I couldn't pick up on a significant life signature."

Bracken shook his head at Bella. It's just a Rawst Berry, he thought, a bit sarcastically. I think I can handle finding one on my own. With that, he turned around and climbed up a tree, heading into another part of the forest.

Taking a slower pace than usual, partly for the sake of his throat but mostly so he wouldn't get lost again, he looked for the berry tree. After a few minutes of searching, he finally found one. Bracken jumped onto one of its branches and reached down to pluck a berry from below. With the blue fruit in his hands, he finally realized he had not switched back to Grass type. A draconic Treecko would more than likely attract unneeded attention, he realized, glancing around.

Bracken focused on the power again, but this time pulling it in. He expected it to resist, but for the most part the scales retracted smoothly, leaving him looking as normal as he had that morning. The now untapped type swirled a bit more wildly within him, but nowhere near as bad as it had before.

That taken care of, he bit into the berry. He flinched at the bitter flavor, he preferred sour more, but he realized that he had not eaten since last night and ate it ravenously. The juice slid down his throat, cooling it, and Bracken let out a sigh of relief.

The leaves of the tree next to him rustled.

Bracken froze, flashing back to what had happened with the Ekans, but before he could react a small green head poked out from the leaves and stared at him. "...Bracken?" it said.

"Thyme!" Bracken called, recognizing the face. He smiled widely, glad that his brother had finally found him. The other Treecko jumped onto the Rawst Berry tree, but when Bracken got a closer look at him, the smile faded from his face.

Thyme did not look happy.

Damian hid a smile really well. Excellent, now calm yourself down and get ready. He looked at Bracken and didn't flinch at his look, but what did surprise him was seeing a similar Treecko who wasn't too happy. Probably his brother. He committed the way the draconic Treecko looked to memory (adjusting it so it looked like a Gallade) then turned to Lunaro. "Ready when you are." He said.

Lunaro nodded, her draconic scales rippling away in pink fur. She slowly paced around the Gallade, eyes glowing softly as she assessed him, before stopping with surprised eyes.
"Huh. Dragon type seems to really fit you as well." She gave a small smile. "Alright, it may burn a little, but just bear through it. This wouldn't be a good type for you if it wasn't meant to be."

Her pink fur shifted back into scales, and she placed two paws on one of his feet, since that was seriously the only thing she could reach at the moment.
She poured a little of her energy into him, eyes half closed in concentration.

One of Endo's arms flopped once like a dead fish. He started thinking of what new possibilities this could open, he retracted into his shell to think, an old habit of his. Chrystanigh, huh? I've heard a legend before from an old Armaldo who I thought had gone senile at the time. I'd never thought it was true, though. But this... If I could learn how to do this, maybe I could prove that I'm not just a boring Shuckle. I could one-up anyone who tries to challenge me...

Endo poked his head and limbs out of his shell again, by now, it looked like the Poochyena had taken on a new student, a Gallade. He frowned for a brief second. The Gallade would likely think of himself superior to Endo, considering what Pokemon they were, but the Shuckle was confident in his abilities, even if the Gallade would be given a new type.

He rolled over to the duo. The Poochyena was obviously concentrating hard on something, so he remained silent. Even though he could be aggressive when challenged, he knew when to mind his manners.

Gliz arrived back at the edge of the clearing to see the Poochyena was Dragon-type now. It seemed she was giving the power to the Gallade from earlier. Keeping to the bushes, she just watched for a bit, fascinated. The Latias was here now, and some Shuckle she hadn't noticed before. The Zorua was there, though the Treeko was missing. Her whiskers twitched in the light breeze that made the leaves rub up against her. Taking a deep breath, she stepped out. It was so odd, she hadn't realized how use she was to just observing until now. To actually join in something was... uncomfortable, slightly. She'd had a random Xatu come up to her once not long ago and pronounce some reading. He said that the trauma in her past made her closed, and she should open up a bit. Maybe that dumb psychic type had been right.

"Uh, sorry I'm back. Did I mention I'd like to join the last time I was here?" she asked, in her usual bored, flat tone.

Damian felt a brief sensation, then heard something click and unlock deep within himself. He wasn't sure if only he could hear it, but that didn't matter as Damian felt a strange energy rush into him and he stepped back away from Lunaro. Then he was engulfed in a deep, almost royal blue energy. Damian concentrated as he attempted to bring it under control. It was slowly working.

"Nicely done." Lunaro mumbled some praise, giving the tall Psychic type some space. Her ears twitched as Gliz spoke; she turned to the feline. "Yes, I believe you did, right before you darted away to attend to something." The Poochyena lazily scratched at an itch on her shoulder, giving a yawn. Boy, she had accomplished a lot in one day. This was actually going better than she had expected.

"Would you like to be assessed? I can see what type would fit you first. Wouldn't take long at all."
The lupine suddenly scoffed, thinking of something. "Out of all the Pokemon I expected to first join, I never thought a feline would be among the Chrystanigh. Don't get me wrong; I have nothing against you. It's just that most cats stay away from wolves like myself." She gave the Glameow an amused look. "I assume you might've been a little hesitant to reveal yourself? Or did the talk of power probe your curiosity enough to make you appear?"
