Lucia reached into her pocket, pulling out a lollipop. She'd always
carried one for when she got too nervous. She unwrapped it and
resisted the urge to bite down on it. Alright Lucia. If you were
a bunch of rude workers, whee would you take your newest captures..
Some kind of cage, obviously.. She hesitated. Maybe you
could dress up as a worker and get them out? That could work.
Maybe. She smacked herself again. Time to find some workers
clothing.
Andromeda stirred as the drugs began to wear off. A strong growl
rumbled in her throat. "I wish I tore an arm off while I had the
chance, " she rasped, moving her body slightly.
Kat looked over, and growled "we need to find a way out" he
said still partially distracted. Yukio nodded, and dug through his
bag, the lion cub couldn't find anything to free them.
Andromeda closed her eyes tight, forcing her body to get on her
feet. She swayed slightly, but stayed standing. "Are you
alright?," she asked, opening her eyes and looking at Kat's
wound that had resumed bleeding.
Kat blinked at first confused. He then noticed the wound was
bleeding again. "I'm fine...I think" he said still
distracted. He thought of his mom being caught, and forced to live
out her days in the tiger exhibit.
Lucia, who'd managed to snag an outfit from a break room, had
pulled it on. She'd even removed her trusty red bow as she hurried
through the zoo. She just had to find them..
Andromeda shook her head, trying to uncloud her mind from the drug.
She inspected their cage, sniffing it curiously. "What are they
going to do with us?", she said.
Andromeda growled, pawing at the cage. "Now isn't the time for
hoping. We need to get out. " she said, and began pacing in the
cage. "Lucia...", she said, noticing now that she wasn't
with them and remembering that Yukio had asked about her earlier.
"Somehow she escaped that mess." she said.
Kanti growled and dove forward, bashing the cage. It lurched
forward slightly. She looked up, getting an idea, and charged the
cage again. Over and over, she tackled it, until it finally fell
from the table. It hit the floor with a loud clang, but
accomplished literally nothing. "DANGIT! I seriously thought
that was it..."
She got up, shaking her fur a bit to fluff it up. She looked up at
the two others and tapped her paw, trying to figure out what to do
from here. Footsteps echoed down the hall and she almost wanted to
move the cage over to the door.
Lucia approached Kanti's cage and paused, looking at her. "Well
isn't this a sticky situation." She grinned. The bow was sticking
out of her back pocket. She crouched down, several feet away in
case Kanti attempted to attack.
Lucia couldn't help but laugh. She looked at Kat. "Adorable. Nice
to see you too. Seriously, I came all this way to get you dorks,
and all I get is a growl?" She twirled the keys around her finger.
