Flamestar looked over to his daughter, and tilted his head. "So you really wish to walk the path of a medicine cat?" he asked gently. Tigerpaw nodded, and Flamestar sighed partially relieved, and partially in acceptance. "Very well then...I'll make the announcement now" he said kindly to Greenbush, and purred.

Greenbush dipped his head, purring warmly. "The half-way welcome to medicine cats." He murmured and looked at at the TallRock. "Are you ready?" He asked Tigerpaw gently.

(Riperoni in pepperoni Though Tigerpaw's mate/crush page was on none, and won't have one. Lilypaw will be open for one though...she'll be given a stern talking to from Tigerpaw later on in the RP)

Tigerpaw nodded, and got to her paws. She glanced at Flamestar, and nodded kindly. "Thanks" she meowed warmly to her father.

Greenbush nodded at her and turned back towards Flamestar.

Breezetail swiped her paw over her ears, drawing it back down and licking her shoulder. She'd been hunting in the sand and dirt, so she felt a bit dusty now.

"AHH!"Condorpaw pounces a fish in the water.Almost got it but it swam away."Grrrrr......."He sighed.He jumped from the water and shook the water off his pelt then picked up the desert rabbit Mambapaw hunted."Lets go back to camp...."Scarletpaw felt sorry that he didnt catch it.Mambaoaw walked by his side and licked his ear."dont worry,Maybe next time...."Scarletpaw walked behind the two brothers.

Tigerpaw looked over her shoulder once she was at the base of the boulder. She then heard the familiar words "All cats old enough to gather their own prey gather at TallBoulder for a Clan meeting"

Slightly started, Breezetail stopped grooming herself and stood, stretched and padded towards the Tallbounder, sitting down and draping her tail over her paws neatly. She glanced at Greenbush, who grinned at her. She rolled her eyes at him and looked up.

Flamestar waited for the cats to gather. He then looked over to Tigerpaw, and Lilypaw. Tigerpaw went to say something to Lilypaw, but the other apprentice growled, and stalked away to the further side of the group. "Cats of DesertClan" Flamestar began kindly. "Tonight we have a lot of apprentices, and new apprentices. Though we lost a lot of warriors in the flood last moon...tonight they will earn new mentors. Condourpaw, your mentor will be Stonetail, Mambapaw your mentor will be Shadepelt, and Scarletpaw I'll be your mentor. Lilypaw your mentor will be Warmheart He continued.

Breezetail listened on. It was true, there had been a flood that had taken out a lot of warriors. She was surprised she'd survived, to be honest. Greenbush nudged her gently, eyes sparkling with excitement and Breezetail simply stared at him. As optimistic as the medicine cat was, he was never this cheery. Was he sick? She shrugged it off, returning her gaze to the TallBoulder.

"Next comes the kits" Flamestar continued softly. He looked around the gathered cats, and looked at them. "Smallkit, and Dirtkit from this day onward until you receive your warrior names you will be known as Smallpaw, and Dirtpaw" he meowed. He blinked, and continued on "Ashpelt you will be mentor to Smallpaw, and Breezetail you will mentor Dirtpaw" he meowed kindly, and smiled.

Breezetail started. She hadn't actually expected to be a mentor, but her eyes lit up excitedly. An apprentice! She even felt older and more mature. As if sensing her thoughts, Greenbush rolled his eyes at her. She stuck her tongue out at him. Really mature.

"Finally we have a new medicine cat apprentice" Flamestar continued warmly, and looked at Tigerpaw. "Greenbush, do you wish to train Tigerpaw in the ways of a medicine cat. To train her in the ways of the medicine cat code, and to train her in the ways of healing?" he asked Greenbush kindly.

Greenbush fluffed himself up slightly. "I do." He replied confidently.

Breezetail gaped at him. The dork was getting an apprentice too! No wonder he's seemed so excited!

Flamestar nodded, and looked over to Tigerpaw. "From this day on until she receives her clan name, and Grassbush retires to the elder den, Tigerpaw will be Greenbush's apprentice. May StarClan guide both your paths" he meowed kindly, and jumped to the ground to dismiss the meeting.

Breezetail purred. "Congratulations!" She told both Greenbush and Tigerpaw. Her eyes glimmered cheerfully.

"You too." Greenbush replied cheerfully. They exchanged grins before Breezetail moved on. Greenbush looked at Tigerpaw and grinned faintly. "Hope you're ready to be covered in leaves for the rest of your life." He teased.
