"oH my GOD." Mel wheezed, watching Mira practically hop off the
mountain. "She loves that boat." She turned to Tiger. "You sure
you're gonna be okay?" She checked, tucking her hands into her
pockets. She nodded to Lion. "And are you coming, or staying?"
"I don't wanna get wet." Lucario grumbled. "Can we go on
the boat?"
Mel shrugged. She cupped her hands around her mouth. "HEY MIRA,
WE'LL MEET YOU DOWN THERE IN A BIT." She yelled after her.
"ALRIGHT." Mel shouted back, before dropping her hands to her
sides. "Don't die." She said lightly, patting Tiger's shoulder.
"Death is hard to cover up." She joked, before moving to head down
the mountain. "Let's go!" She said cheerfully, skipping away.
Lucario sighed and followed after her, glancing back at Char to see
if she was coming.
Tiger nodded, and called on Dusk. He then climbed onto the pokemon,
and sighed in concern. What am I doing? He though to himself
uncertainly. The pokemon then took to the sky.
Reaching the base of the mountain, Mel yawned and sped up a bit,
arriving at Poni Harbor in record time, considering she'd
practically sprinted the entire way over. She approached Mira and
waved cheerfully.
Mel shrugged. "Not too long. Mira's boat is pretty fast. Besides,
if we need to go faster, I've got Samurott." She said. "Hopefully
it'll be quick." She said, vaulting over the edge of the boat and
landing on the deck. Lucario mimicked her.
(It's fine, I always mess them up XD I can never remember Lele's
types)
Mel nodded in agreement before darting toward the other side and
peering over. "Let's try not to punch a hole in the boat this
time." She grinned guiltily.
"It wasn't. It was Sirius. Bygones be bygones. BUT. I can get us
there in fifteen minutes flat," Mira boasted, untying the
sail. Char jumped into the boat next to Toka.
"Ready?" She called back, hand on the anchor chain. It was really
less of an anchor and more of a weight, though. "GO!"
She pulled up the weight and the boat took off. It was a windy day,
which helped immensely, but Mira had taken the liberty of making it
a lot lighter. The wind sent her hair streaming behind her.
"I have dibs on being the first one to fall off the boat." Mel
shouted above the wind. Her hair had been tied back in a ponytail
to prevent it from getting in her face.
Dusk landed outside Aether, and Tiger slid off the pokemon. "Circle
around if I need help I'll yell" he said softly. The pokemon
nodded, and flew off. Tiger then looked at Cyndaquil, and began to
make some noise to draw out the grunts.
