Ace bowed, then looked up. "Ah, but the two ladies still haven't
found their cards, have they? Miss... Malone, was it, could you
come over here?" He said as he walked over to her. As he did, he
whispered in Oliver's ear. "Don't worry about the nose comment hon,
I was only teasing!~" he purred, then regained his composure and
smirked at Malone.
Moyra whooped inspire of herself. "I gotta say, he's gotten better
since the last time I saw him!" She smiled, remembering when they
were both children living in Atlas.
Lea chuckled. "He's already mastered his Semblance, I see. Quite
impressive," She commented, crossing her arms and grinning. "How
long have you two known each other?"
Oliver rubbed his nose again, smiling softly. Malone looked
at Ace with a soft grin. "Where's mine hidden, Mr.Houdini?" She
teased quietly, her voice so low that Ace may be the only one to
hear him. Maria tapped her foot, quietly enjoying the magic show
performed for them.
Ace twirled his finger around, indicating that she's should
spin.
Morya laughed. "We used to live next door back in Atlas. Both of
our parents knew eachother from work, so we grew up quite close.
Then about a month after my... 8th birthday his parents and him
moved away. We tried to stay in touch but... anyway, we found
eachother again last year, and we both applied on the same day."
She explained.
Malone laughed a bit, and spun in a slow and dainty circle.
She held her arms out a little, and smiled at Ace with her hand on
her hip when she finished her little twirl. Maria smirked softly.
Oliver leaned against Maria, head on her shoulder.
Lea clapped, nodding, before turning back to Moyra. "Huh! I grew up
in Atlas too. Wonder why we never saw each other..." She thought a
moment, but shook her head. "Well, anyway. Maybe you two could be
on the same team!"
Arthur (after way too long, sorry) Walks into the main hall and
looks around for his two friends
after failing to spot them, Arthur walks over to a relatively empty
corner of the hall, sits down, and put on earbuds, before pulling
out a small knife and beginning to carve words into the wooden
handle of his axe
"I'm pretty sure. Why don't you explain?" Hallen said, smiling.
Phia tilted her head. The trick itself was quite simple, but
preforming it the way he did looked extremely complicated.
Moyra laughed. "Probably because we lived in different parts. I was
in the north. And no, I don't think that I'd be on the same team as
him. I mean sure it'd be nice, but I have this feeling it's not
gonna end up like that." She said, frowning slightly.
"He has the whole deck memorized if he's been doing it as long as
he has to be this good." Shadow started "All he has to do is slip
the cards into his sleeve without anyone noticing, then he moves
the cards into his hand as he reaches where he wants the card to
be." she finished
as Arthur continues obliviously carving into his axe, unaware of
his surroundings, he starts mumbling to himself in a strange
language, he says "Adar, im díhen- cin an cín sins, lothron cin
rinn- na ammen a share a cuil once more" before stopping to look up
at the crowd
