Quote❥ Please use the form.
❥ There are no limitations to the tickets. You are free to obtain as many as you can get.

❥ Once both goals of getting Gems and Nuggets has been reached ( Will be shown in the progression section ) or that I've hatched a shiny mega-able, this monthly lottery will be close. Permanently... ( Considering that the goal is huge, that may take a while )

Edit ( 7/11/17 ): I've receive word that the Magenta coloring is difficult to be viewed on the form. So I've replace the coloring to white now. Hopefully this helps now and I am dearly sorry about that!

That's quite understandable~. I was just planning to head to bed but I've saw this!
If you plan to send gems later, I suggest just creating a separate form for when you do have the items to send, just so it be easier to keep track of it.

Once the PD is sent ( Which I will start PMing you now ), you will be ticket number 231-251 ( 10,000k PD = 20 Tickets ) ^ ^.

My, my, that's quite a lot! You can send over the items and currency now.
Once you do so, your ticket number will be 533-2,233
( 500k = 1,000 Tickets
500 Grass Gems = 500 Tickets
200 Fighting Gems = 200 Tickets )
