i think users should have the ability to give another user the ability to edit posts and stuff
and have the ability to delete other peoples reply's like you can with comments on your feeds

No support whatsoever. An admin could abuse this power and change a person's post to swearing and NSFW. They can then report the person and the person gets a warning. Besides, if you want to remove a post, simply click the report button and insert a valid reason.

I didn't say edit other's posts, i said delete them, the onlu editable post by those given admin control would be the base post

Well, but you know that whomever got "admin control" in a thread and with this, being able to edit the first post of that thread would, theoretically, still be able to willingly harm the thread´s owner by putting whatever-rule breaking content in that post.

Though, I don´t see a reason to give a thread´s creator the rights of deleting unwanted posts, like if someone posted on a thread where they´re not supposed to reply. You simply can contact a moderator or report that post directly. And in case you´re not satisfied with your own post, you can still change it afterwards.

Yes,this option will be good if you had someone like a friend to trust if you have left pokeheroes or taken a break and you had a rising rp.
But like the others said,This can put you in harm and give you a warning if you aren't careful with the person with the adimin powers.
