"I would've come out, Cats," The Joker shifted his position to wave
the remote a little bit. "But I had to get to know my guest. Red,
you may know her?"
Red Hood frowned and stepped forward. "Who," He growled, gun being
pulled from its holster.
The Joker, now knowing he could see, motioned to Wave on his right.
"Wave!" Red Hood's eyes widened as he saw his friend, though you
couldn't see because of the mask. He turned quickly, pulling two
guns on the Joker.
He only chuckled in return, and fiddled with the remote a bit,
cranking a knob. "I press the button, she dies," He says. "Don't
try to knock it out of my hand, either; it's connected to the joy
buzzer."
Red Hood grit his teeth and slowly lowered the guns.
Scarecrow, meanwhile, was in the bell tower of Gotham. That was the
perfect place for Scarecrow Transmission No. 2 and better yet, he
knew Man-Bat hangs around there. The transmission started:
"Remember me, Gotham? Now you may wonder what I want this time.
Well, it's simple. When I first transmitted I mostly used fear gas,
but one TV got fear gas plus madness gas. You know what this means,
citizens. One of you will go mad and become a criminal, and even
better-I will let you figure out who it is... before it's too
late."
Scarecrow disappeared, but the transmission was still on. Suddenly,
Scarecrow jumpscared the screen, which then stopped.
Ivory zoomed past Arkham. Normally you she would have just kept
going, but a small shred of curiosity flitted through her as to why
There were so many bikes and cars around. She hopped off her bike
and ran to the edge of the decrypt old building, waiting.
(Sure, you can add in sylveon ^^)
(And Joker, Natia, Jason, and Wave are all at the old location of
Gotham. Wave got kidnapped, and Jason needs to tell the Joker how
he's come back to life/regained his memory to keep her from getting
killed.)
