The wave washed him up onto the bay of Metropolis. He was unconscious, still masked. Someone ran up to him and preformed CPR quickly.

Jason coughed and sputtered, sitting up. He ripped the mask off. "What happened?" The person--a woman--asked. "Are you okay?"

"...Just fine..." Jason replied. "Where am I?"

"Metropolis City. Did the current catch you and pull you over from Gotham?"

He wasn't exactly sure how to reply. It couldn't have possibly been Scarecrow... He's dead, right? "Yeah... Let's go with that."

Scarecrow suddenly felt a dread: Red Hood was alive. He threw some big waves towards Metropolis all the while screaming so that he would hear:

"YOU-WILL-NEVER-GET-AWAY-FROM-ME!"

Jason scrambled off of the shore and sprinted into Metropolis. "Okay... Taking a ferry back is NOT an option..." He thought, panting, looking around. I have to find Supes and tell him what happened... UGH I DO NOT WANT TO FIND SUPES AND TELL HIM WHAT HAPPENED! He thought bitterly, sighing.

He suddenly felt something:

"Rebinding... My body... I am turning human!"

And Scarecrow was human again. Instead of using powers, now he will use the plain old fear gas. He appeared in Gotham. He started hunting heroes.

(Ra's killed him with a sword which once fell in a Lazarus Pit, and then threw his body into the water, merging his spirit with the water. His spirit then found his body and remerged with it, breaking from the water.)

(Just watched Dark Knight. My opinion? Heath Ledger (Rest in peace 1979-2008.) didn't do his job as Joker. His tone sounded normal, unlike the high pitched voice I'd expect. Also, the real Joker would wait until both Dent and Dawes are dead, then tell Batman where they were, not switch their places. Riddler would do that. Personally, I prefer Nicholson's Joker, Neeson's Ra's, Eckhart's Two-Face, Murphy's Scarecrow, Hardy's Bane, HACKMAN'S LUTHOR. They are all better than Ledger's Joker.)

Ra's sent some assassins to Metropolis to attack Red Hood.
