He nodded and smiled, watching. He had a gun on him--just in case anything got really rough. "Pheonix, how is Nat anyway? I haven't seen her around."

(It is a little bit, but it is part of her armor. It's established that she can lose in a battle, and that's really good enough to not be considered OP for me. You just have to be smart enough to fight her.)

(Scarecrow has more tactics than fear gas. There should be a DLC for Mortal Kombat VS DC Universe that replaces Captain Marvel with Scarecrow. He fought down and killed Nightwing in one of my comics without using Fear Gas.)

Altessia is staying quiet. Although Scarecrow was inside her head ad they still don't fight her like they should. Her armour has no rubber on it and is mostly metal. She is flame proof. But not electricity proof. Her skin may be hard but her head and tops of her thighs under her skirt are exposed. And she still feels pain. She is not human too so they should stop fighting her like one. If they got to her eyes they are still delicate organs. And she is not like superman. They can inject something in there if they can figure out how to remove goggles from a girl in a net. And tie her hands together.
