Hello! I was trying to buy nuggets this days but xSolla/PH don't let me. I bought nuggets before, about 1 week or less. But now every time I'm trying to buy, page show me the same error (Unfortunatly your payment...) I Contacted my bank, and they said everything is okey with my card, then I contacted xSolla and for them the problem is mine, because they can't receive a payment. I tried my card in other site and it works normally. Maybe a problem with my region? Or I bought the Max amount per week/month? I'll wait for a solucion^^ thank you so much, whoever will read and answer this :)

I honestly wouldn't know what to say Most of the things that is the problem is with Solla. Or maybe there is a error with Solla Not being able to take your card payment.

That's the only possible solution maybe you just need to try a different card fi possible? Or maybe it's the type of card?

Bvut i mean if you have brought them before then I wouldn't see why you coudln't again. I mean Pokeheroes have no control over Nuggets. It's Solla who provides them really? Like PH Is the middle man kinda? I have no idea I just tried ot think of anything that might help. It would probably be something with the card not allowing you too if they say they can't take the payment.

my offer is to try a different card. One that isn't a savings card. I know those don't allow for online payments.

I bought some days ago with same card, and also tried with another card but nothing, same error appeared. Tried via pay pal, amazon, and nothing :/ Dunno what's happenning :(

I know this might not be the best solution right now, but if you're having problems with your card, maybe buying from a store one of those "prepaid visa/gift cards" and fill it up with whatever amount you want might work until whatever is wrong with your card is fixed?

As I already told you via PalPad last night, We really can't do anything if the problem wasn't on PokéHeroes' side, as XSolla is in charge of all the payment method, here only confirm that the payment was made and give you the nuggets, out of that, the problem should be fixed with your bank/card or XSolla.
You can try Girafig's idea for now? There are many websites that sell you the prepaid visa cards. You can buy one and try using it?

As far as I now, only the SMS/phone call payments are the only region-locked methods, credit cards and their processors are the same everywhere. Have you tried with a different credit card?

I don't think all gift cards can be used online.....
I don't remember properly, but when I used to try payments, It didn't happen cause my Card was allowed to be used in our country only and we had to make some external payment to make the card international.

NOTE - My Card is a Junior Accounts Card that is linked to my Mom's and hence netbanking and stuff takes place with her account. Only the Debit Card is in my control.

Just to reconfirm? You said even Pay pal and similar services give out a similar error right?

I tried Paypal, amazon, and also gift card (had to change region because I'm from argentina and there's no gift card here) credit and debit card.. All of them give me problem. So, is not my card cuz I tried with other 2 cards. :/

They are debit cards (USD), you have to add all your data and it'll throw the code and ccv as a normal card. I got one not so long ago as a gift and it worked perfectly fine linked to PayPal, and alone on Amazon. So I'm pretty sure that one would work.


EDIT - just saw your new post, what kind of gift card did you use?

I have no idea about Visa Gift cards, But I guess they will.
I won a gift card recently ( I think it was Mastercard or something like that ) and it didn't work online on Amazon.
