Rose woke up to a knock on the door. "Rose! Come on! We are going to be late in picking our Pokémon! Do you want Robby to take the good ones" Conner yelled through the door. Rose shook her head as she sat up though she knew her brother couldn't see her. "I'm up. Give me two minutes and we will be out the door" she said. A few minutes later the twins were on their way to Oak's lab. Rose kept looking around for Robby, wondering where he was.

Robby yawns and blinks his eyes and looks around his room '"today is the day I get to be a Pokemon trainer" then he remembers he has to meet Conner and rose at the lab he runs around the room putting stuff in his backpack and runs to the proffeser lab

Robby smiled back at rose "yes I was out in town getting supplies last night I bought us town maps and potions and other things" he looks past rose and sees conner 'HEY BUD" well guys shall we go in

Rose smiled. "You are awesome and well prepared" she said as she followed Robby in.

Conner glanced at Robby. "Hey, glad to see you made it" he said.

Oak heard the new trainers walk in and smiled. "Ah, welcome to my lab. As you all know, you will be picking out your first Pokémon here" he said. "Who would like to go first" he asked as he looked between the three of them.

Rose smiled as Conner motioned for her to go first. She picked the fire type, Charmander, while Conner ended up picking the grass type Bulbasaur. "Alright" Rose said. "This will be great."

Robby was happy for both Conner and rose but when he saw squirtle he was smiling "well squirtle are you ready to be the strongest Pokémon.

Conner looked at Robby, then to Rose. "Well, I will be off then. See you two around" he said as he walked out. Rose was shocked Conner had just left like at and looked at Robby. "Well, want to have a quick battle" she asked.

Rose smiled as Oak spoke up once more. "You all be careful now" he said after making sure they had their Pokedex's. Rose looked at Robby. "Lets go Charmander" she said as she took him out of his PokeBall. *Perhaps I will give him a nickname after this battle* she thought.

Charmander only managed to dodge the spin, and was hit with the bubble. Rose was shocked. "Come on Charmander, scratch once more" she yelled, though she could tell Charmander was almost done.

Before Robby could tell squirtle its next attack it gets hit with a critical scratch attack. "SQUIRTLE GET UP AND USE BUBBLE ONE MORE TIME" Robby yells "You Can Do it"
