I remember someone asking this, but no, eggs are not in the Premium Settings.

Ahhh~ I found my last egg finally! It was in the most sneakiest of places!
I was about to give up but I accidentally pressed a link and there it was~! All I can say is don't be afraid to press a link just press it!
