Why did he find that so funny?

It was after quite a while that Dessin finally arrived at the supposed journeyer lab. As it scanned the windows, it could faintly see Pokémon sitting on a couch, where in the center stood a human.
Dessin squinted his eyes to see the human clearly, as they were not close to the windows, and he was not right up against the window. A few moments later, it finally realized that this must be the human that gathered all the journeyers, perhaps they might even be starting.

Clairon tapped his foot impatiently as he waited for new orders. Having perched up a tree, he had a nice view of the lab and any arriving Pokémon. He almost jumped when the cloaked man's message was broadcasted. ''Wow, finally!'' He exclamed, extending his wings in an exaggerated gesture of annoyance. ''I though we were going to wait here forever!''
''Shut up'' A voice from under the tree hissed. ''Do you want them to find us?''
It was Ross, who, up to this point, had been lying down behind some large shrubs. She stood up and stretched her sore legs, before starting to walk away from her hiding spot. ''Let's do as he said and move to the road''
''Ugh, fine'' The Trumbeak groaned, swiftly flying away from the tree and landing on the Mudsdale's head. ''But you know they won't hear us, being inside and all''
''Whatever, just shut up'' Was all the horse replied.
((Which moves are allowed for our characters? Greg can learn Water-type moves, but only Egg and TM ones))

Speaking of moves, can everyone please tell me what movesets their characters have? I forgot to add it to the form ._.)
Pyumiku collapsed onto the couch, although she didn't look much different than how she was normally.
Alex growled quietly as he saw how loud his enemy teammates were.

Greg moved quietly through the lab, trying to draw as little attention from the Pokémon around as possible when he saw Belle fly around looking for something... or maybe just him, as she stopped as soon as she caught sight of him.
''Ah, Greg!'' Belle chirped. ''I was looking for you! Now, come on, someone need your help'' She motioned him to follow and zipped back towards the couch.
''My help?'' He and began following the Ribombee to where, to his dismay, were most of the Pokémon he wanted to avoid.
Belle, noting he wouldn't get any closer, shook her head and then landed close to the black Pokémon. ''Hey, I found someone who could '' She spoke in a gentle voice. ''But you'd have to get down as he can't climb'' She turned to where Greg would be and then back at them. ''Do you think you can do it?''

Clairon snickered as he noted how annoyed both of his teammates were. ''You guys need to relax. We'll get intro the good stuff when these journey guys leave, and you won't do good if you two keep angry like that''
Ross could only sigh and hope he just kept his beak shut.

Pandora
Poppy was ready to begin exploring but waited for Kukui's message to go. She wanted to save the world from horrible change the quickest she could before the enemies do any further damage.
Pandora looked around and tried her best to sense surrounding journey pokemon. She ended up failing but decided to stay around a spot, waiting for them to come instead of attacking instantly.

Greg just stared at both, too nervous to step back or get any closer, despite his friend being there.
''Greg, this is the someone who needs your help.'You do have a Water-type move, right?''
''Uh, yeah?'' He tilted his head. ''Why would I... Wait, y-you want me to attack them?''
At his response, Belle got a bit taken aback. ''What? No!'' She let out a soft laught and gestured to the dehydrating Pokémon. ''She just needs water and you're the only Water-type here so... would you use that move on her, please?''
Greg didn't try to correct her on Pyukumuku being a Water-type as well, being instead quite concerned with what she was just asking hi to do. ''I... I don't know. W-what if she strikes back?'' He mubled, shrinking at the idea of starting a fight, whether by accident or not. ''I-I mean, I don't want to cause trouble here, o-or anywhere else...''

Pyumiku squirted her last bit of mucus at Greg's mouth. "You won't hurt me, just please help." She rasped.
Lunamina watched the action.
Professor Kukui cleared his throat. "So, what I want you all to do is just go down the road to the Pokemon center. Yeah, register yourself in the Pokemon center so that they can treat you everywhere." He explained.
Alex grinned, waiting for the journey Pokemon to come out of the lab and down the road.

In approaching out of curiosity, he noticed that the one in the middle was a pyukumuku.
"Hey-
y'all gonna be left out." He notified.

Geg squirmed at the slimy substance now covering his face. ''Okay, okay'' He squeaked between coughs and shook his head, trying -and failing- to remove the mucus. ''I-I... I'll do it''
Belle took a few steps back in order to avoid being hit. ''Ready?'' She asked, in part to the black Pokémon, but mostly to her friend, who seemed to be doubting again as he nervously glanced around, looking for possible escape routes.
''I-I think?''
''It'll be alright. She said she won't hurt you''
While pretty sure the Pyukumuku didn't say that, Greg didn't argue against the Ribombee's little encouraging words. He closed his eyes, setting on feeling the surroundings with his antennae.
Water began circling around the Wimpod's body as he moved towards the Pyukumuku in a weak, half-hearted attempt at using Aqua Jet. He continued walking until his head bumped with something, sending the little globs of water ahead, soaking everything in front.
Meanwhile, Belle listened to the professor's words, then beagn fluttering her wings to avoid being stepped on by the larger Pokémon. She noted one of the stop and approach them. ''Oh, we're about to leave too'' She smiled, then turned to Greg and the black Pokémon. ''Did it work?''
