The Professor put the two Pokeballs down onto the floor. The Spinda and the Rockruff popped out from the Pokeballs. They looked at the other Pokemon and hid beside the Professor in fear. "No, because I think they might already have names." He replied.

The Spinda then began to walk around in circles dizzily. "Um... my trainer called me "Idiot" a lot, does that count as a name?" It asked.

The Rockruff looked at the Professor. "...My trainer...S-She was so nice before she died, a-and then I was transferred to an abusive owner who would call me "garbage" a-and "useless". B-But I remember my old trainer calling me Mayzie." It said quietly.

Poppy looked at the two with sadness. "Can I help rename the Spinda?" Poppy asked Kukui and went up to the Spinda to shake their hand very fast. Poppy was happy to see the two and went up to the Rockruff to shake their's too.

The Spinda squeaked, but it's reaction was delayed because of it's dizziness.

Professor Kukui looked at Poppy. "You have to ask the Spinda yourself." He replied quickly.

Mayzie curled up in the Professor's lap and barked softly.

Comfia slowly floated up to the Rockruff and blinked.

"D-Do you need to be healed?" he asked shyly.

Aimee didn't move at all, letting the new Pokemon relax and get used to the new place, allowing herself to close her eyes and almost fall asleep.

Mayzie (the Rockruff) began to play with the Comfey's flowers, completely ignoring it's question. It was slowly turning back into it's old self.

Comfia's face immediately flushed red as Mayzie started to play with his flowers. He let them keep playing with them though, even though he was completely embarrassed.

(The Prof knows everyone's names b/c he sent letters to them, telling them to meet here lolol)

Mayzie then grabbed the flowers with it's teeth and threw a flower onto the ground.

The Professor gently grabbed Mayzie and took her away from Comfia. "Okay, looks like this one needs to be trained a bit more. Sorry, Comfia." He said.

Comfia's eyes slowly started to water but he held them in.

"T-That's alright," he said, "I'll be right back, I-I need to find another flower, okay?" he quickly left through the window and started to float throughout the grassy field.

(also the flowers count as comfey's body part right so wouldnt grabbing a flower cause them to grab their entire body)

Comfia floated around before he found a purple flower. He sighed and looked as his body. It didn't match any of the flowers he had now, but he knew it would sooner dye itself into one of the coloured flowers. He picked up the flower with his mouth and let it drop into the air. He quickly moved his body so that the flower would fall on the empty spot on his body. It was still loose, so he had to be careful of how he moved.

The Professor gently put Mayzie down in front of a small door the size of a Rockruff. The Rockruff door led to a Rockruff school. Mayzie went through the door and was grabbed gently by a Rockruff trainer.

"Kukui, you should tell us what we should do now," Poppy said, worry filling her voice. Although the introductions were something to stay for, she knew the world was about to change and it was time they stopped it.

Fluttering lightly around, Belle tried to find the place all the Pokémon called by Prof. Kukui would gather or, at least, sense their auras. After a rather short seach, the Ribombee felt several auras not too far from her place. ''Hey, I think I found them'' she said, turning as a nearby shrub began rustling.

From it, Greg slowly peeked his head out, looking around first for any threat before approaching her. ''R-really? Aren't we lost at all?'' ''No, I don't think so'' She pointed at where the auras seemed to come from. ''They're there! Now, let's go!''

Belle then rushed towards the source, closely followed by her partner. As she hoped, the auras belonged to the professor and a few Pokémon of different species. She happily approached the lab's entrance and landed inside, close to the group. ''Oh, hello, prof! And everyone here!'' She greeted. ''Sorry we're late. We got a bit lost on the way here''

While the Ribombee was inside, Greg kept outside, close to the wall. The Wimpod knew he should be inside with everyone else, but after peeking through the door and noticing how many Pokémon were there, he decided to stay out of their sight. ''M-maybe, when this is over...'' He whispered under his breath. ''I-I'll greet him? Yeah, I'll... I'll just wait here and ask him about that journey thing later''

When Poppy looked over to see the two pokemon that had just come, she waved to both. "Hello!" Poppy greeted and went over to shake their hands. She gave the Ribombee a very quick handshake and went over to shake the Wimpod's.

Comfia floated slowly and carefully to the door and froze when he saw two other pokemon he didn't remember being there.

He gulped and tried to make his way around them, without being seen.

Belle waved back politely at the nearing Oricorio and returned the handshake. While taken by surprise for how uick and energetic it was, she tried to give it just as enthusiastically as her tiny arms could muster. ''Nice to meet y-'' She stopped, noting the bird walk away from her. ''Huh?''

Greg was just throwing a quick glance inside the lab when he realized two of the gathered Pokémon walk towards him. Letting out a yelp, he quickly skittered away from the door and onto the grass, hoping they were just leaving and not actually trying to get closer to him.

"Oh, sorry!" Poppy apologized, forgetting that others had limits too. "Anyway, nice to meet you!" Poppy greeted to Belle, quickly flying over to her. "I'm Poppy, you are?" she continued and asked.

Professor Kukui shook his head. "All journeyers please come in and take a seat at the couch. Your journey will begin shortly." He said loudly.

Pyumiku couldn't see anything because she was so small, but she could hear the noises of faraway Pokemon. She, suddenly, realized she needed water quickly or she would dry up. She squeaked loudly.

Lunamina paid attention to the professor.

Sky growled and paid attention to the professor, sitting down onto the couch.

Greg kept on the grass for a short while before realizing that maybe, just maybe, no one was really leaving the lab. Did I just... imagine it? He wondered. A light breeze made the nearby trees rustle and the Wimpod noted that, as scared as he was of the Pokémon inside, the lab would be a safer place than this forest. Slowly and with trepidation, he approached the door once more and, after doubting for a bit, finally got inside.

Belle held her flower-hat with a single hand as the Oricorio flew closer. ''Poppy? That's a cute name!'' She complimented ''And I'm Belle'' The Ribombee then heard Professor Kukui's words and began flying again. ''Guess we should take a seat'' She offered Poppy, then flew higher and perched on the back of the couch, so other Pokémon wouldn't accidentally step on her.
