meet ludoro alurin, also known as justlyPernicious or ludo.
he's just your average everyday purple-blooded seadweller. he's very shy, and likes water, water, water, and water. did i mention water? oh yeah, and water. he loves to make friends even though he's pretty scared of socializing. only thing that'll make him mad is if someone touches the fins.
do not touch the fins.
besides the fins, he gets annoyed when someone orders him around--for example, his little babysitting ruby adventure.
