"Then I look forward to meeting this Elvira and asking her questions," Barracuda said excitedly as he slid into the backseat of the car.

"I think she would be happy to explain things for you, my friend," Sebastian told him, starting the car and driving themhome once everyone was inside and buckled.

On the way home, Angel asked Barracuda questions about his eating habits when he ventures onto dry land, his taste in music, and various other small talk things. Once they got near the city, Angel let Sebastian know that everyone would meet them at her house.

Barracuda had rarely ventured on land. But he did enjoy pier food. Like elephant ears, hot dogs and other such delights. Music was on the classical side, things that reminded him of the water. Sebastian squeezed her knee and set off for her house.

Nat was curled around Danny's shoulders in her usual bearded dragon shape. She was so excited and wondered what this Barracuda would look like!

Elvira glanced in a mirror and ran her fingers through her hair a couple times before chuckling realizing she didn't care if it looked like she had just rolled out of bed, even though she sort of did. "They should be here in a few minutes if the text location was right."

Danny giggled, petting Nat's head. "This is so exciting!" He said to no on in particular, checking the window to see if he could spot them.

Roxy smiled, snuggled against Elvira's side. "It is! I am sure he'll fit right in with us."

Sebastian parked and wiggled out. He snagged their bag of treasure. "Ready to go in?" He asked, offering Angel his hand.

Barracuda looked at the buildings wide eyed. "I'm ready."

Nat hopped off his shoulder as she spotted them outside at the car. "Danny, what should I be when I meet him?! Should I be like this or a different shape?"

"I'm sure he will as well. If he's anything like Sebastian, then he'll do just fine." Elvira chuckled watching Nat.

"I'll get the door." Angel smiled at Barracuda before heading to the door. I hope he's not too nervous...

Danny paused to think, wondering what would be best. "Well...I am not sure if he would be surprised. Sebastian could have told him all about us. But there is a chance he may not know...what form is your favorite? I would go with that," Danny finally said.

Roxy smiled, walking over to give her sister and Danny a hug. "I agree with Danny, Nat. Your favorite form is best."

So far, he isn't anything out of the ordinary. Nervous but the healthy amount from what I can tell, Sebastian replied, walking with her while Barracuda followed.

Nat smiled and nodded before hugging Danny and shifting into a bearded dragon, ending up curled up on his shoulders again.

"I think that's a perfect choice!" Elvira grinned.

Angel moved up and knocked on the door to let them know they were entering before she opened said door. "We're home!"

Danny beamed, happy to have his best friend close. He was careful not to throw her off or jostle her too much as he strode forward to meet them. "Welcome back!"

"How was your trip? Did you have fun?" Roxy asked, standing so she wasn't blocking the path in.

"I think it went swimmingly," Sebastian said on purpose, smiling at his own joke as he made his way in and set down the bag. He ruffled Danny's hair and stroked a finger down Nat's back. "Everyone, this is Barracuda. He is the brother I never had."

Cuda smiled, bowing his head slightly in greeting. "Nice to meet you all. I have heard good things!"

Nat wiggled, and thankfully managed to not fall off. She raised a small clawed hand to wave at the new person.

Angel giggled as she stepped in and out of the way. Swimmingly? That's a perfect word. She would let everyone say hello, so she kept that thought between her and Sebastian.

Elvira bowed her head in response. "Only good things? Uh oh... What lies have you two been telling him?" She chuckled.

Danny grinned, chuckling at both Elvira's joke and Nat's wiggling. He couldn't help how cute he found it. His sister was pretty amazing.

Barracuda didn't miss a beat, waving back to Nat before turning a look of mock horror on Elvira. "Lies? But my kind can not tell a lie! What sort of corruption have you been doing on my friend?" He teased, snatching Sebastain into a headlock.

Sebastian had mentally laughed, smirking back at Angel so he was unaware of his friend snatching him. He huffed out a breath of air before trying to get away. "Hey!" He laughed, tugging on Barracuda. "Crazy octopus! What world do you live in? Aren't you the same guy who tried to convince me land dwellers ate Jelly fish on bread?"

Roxy laughed freely, wrapping an arm around El's waist. "Oh my! That would be shocking," she teased.

Nat wiggled as she was waved back at! She shifted through a few other small lizard shapes until she got to a very brightly colored lizard.

Elvira lost it and laughed with Roxy, the both of them trying to keep one another up while the other wobbled with laughter. "Obviously nothing worse than what you've been doing!"

Angel mock gasped but devolved into a fit of giggles as she watched the two wrestling. "Just be careful you two! I'd rather not have to mend the furniture." She intended to make it seem that she wouldn't have mended the two of them should they have broken something, but instead would have fixed her house!

Danny laughed, trying to keep himself upright. He wanted in on the wrestling! Though, not inside. Maybe outside if they spared! "Oh! Nat, that one is pretty!" He exclaimed, noticing her colors.

Roxy giggled, curling into her beloved Elvira. "Well, they certainly are good friends. I think Elvira and I can help you with that mending, Angel."

"And I can move stuff out of the way to protect it!" Danny added.

Barracuda released Sebastian, who promptly caught Barracuda in a headlock. "Hey! Who is the crazy one now?"

"You. Always you, my friend," Sebastian chuckled. "Gotta keep my girls house safe and sound from our wrestling," he smirked, releasing Barracuda.

"True. But I have gotta actually meet everyone," Barracuda told him, smirking before giving Danny and Nat a smile. "Hi, I'm Barracuda."

Nat wiggled and hopped off of him shifting into her human shape on the way down so she landed on her feet. "I like that one too!" She giggled before grinning at the newcomer. "I'm Nat and this is Danny! My little big brother! But he won't be a little big brother for long, soon he'll just be my big brother." She patted his head, her nose level with the top of his head.

"For now though I think things are safe." Elvira grinned, managing to get a hold of her laughter.

Do you know if he likes Chinese food or pizza? Perhaps we should do both? Already Angel was thinking of how to care for their guest and what to feed him.

Barracuda blinked, slightly shocked by the appearence of a woman from the lizard who had changed shapes. "I- well, hello there. It is nice to meet you, Nat. And Danny. You must have powers like Angel and Bastian were telling me. Nat, you can change shape? What about you ladies and Danny?" He asked. "Do you all have powers as well?"

"I do! I can teleport," Danny said, teleporting a little ways away before popping back. "It's pretty neat."

Roxy nodded as well, shifting her features to look like Elvira before returning to herself. "I shapeshift into just about anything. And have a healing factor."

I don't think he has had either. We could get both. They both sound good, Sebastian replied, kissing her temple affectionately.

Nat nodded and waited to answer his question about her. "I can change shape, but only reptiles. I don't think I've tried dinosaurs yet, but they're the next ones I want to try!" She was grinning about as broadly as she could, and practically vibrating with excitement.

Elvira held her hands up and let her electricity arc between them. "And I control electrical currents, and as such, I can control a great number of machines via their currents and impulses." To demonstrate, she turned the lights on and off as she blinked.

Angel smiled and tilted her head up and stood on her tippy toes to peck him on the lips lightly before heading to the kitchen to use the phone to put in the orders. Everyone else was talking and doing things, and she didn't want to interrupt. Everyone was getting along so well!!

Barracuda listened and watched, highly impressed. "Those are all really cool! I mean, Sebastian had told me some stuff, but wow! Seeing a dinosaur would be interesting. We still have some in the deep. I could take you to see some," he said, excitedly. "So that was what Angel was saying about the talking to you about phones, Elvira. What does it feel like?"

Danny grinned at Nat, imagining her as a t-rex. "That would be so cool to see! Which would you be first?"

Roxy smiled, rubbing Elvira's back. "She is pretty amazing. They all are. I've found a wonderful group to be with. And I think you fit right in."

Sebastian silently offered to go get tbe orders once they were ready.

Nat had opened her mouth to reply to Danny, but then she heard Barracuda's offer and she gasped. "You really mean that?! I would love to!!" She took a breath to calm down enough so she could reply to Danny. "I'm not sure... Probably something small enough to be in the house, since that's where I'd be learning them... But if I got a book about them, then we could do that over by the lake..."

"Feel like? Hmm... Sort of like, uh, it's actually a bit hard to put into words..." Elvira rubbed at the back of her head. "Oh! It would be like when you catch a nice current when you're swimming and you're just carried along. That sort of a feeling, but only in my mind, since I'm following the electrical currents along all their routes..."

I'm having them delivered, that way no one has to leave to get it. Angel replied.

"Good idea. And I would be happy to go to the clearing with you to practice," Danny replied excitedly, having to hold still. His tails flicked behind him, whipping back and forth with his unbridled joy.

Barracuda nodded. "I would be honored to. And that makes perfect sense. I would love to see more, if that is okay. I don't have much experience with technology and the currents used in it."

Sebastian kissed her. Do you know how smart and beautiful you are?
