As for now, the people of town who claim to have Special powers are:

shadow the hedgehog - Vigilante
French Vulpix
Professor mac - Serial Killer
Sentient_Robot

Let's consider the above are telling the Truth for a moment. If any of the others have a special power, please say so. You don't have to reveal it. Else say that you are a common townie.

Let's hold our votes before each of the 19 people says so

Actually the Night part is when the mafia and the others kill. The moderator files the statistics and announces them, then the Day starts. In the day, we discuss and cast our votes. One person is eliminated as a result. Then again Night falls.

Let's assume the latter.
Assume The_Derpinator wasn't the doctor (this does not suggest she is the doctor).
If she's so willing to kill herself, in retrospect, this would help the Mafia greatly.
How do you know for sure she wasn't lying?
How do you know if the Serial Killer wasn't trying to kill Mafia in the first place?
How can you be convinced the so-called 'doctor' is not a double agent?

Consider this, and take what I say with a grain of salt.

You don't even have this look at this, if it dulls you to no end.

The doctor can't save themselves when they are voted for, from what I understand. They can only save themselves from being KILLED, not voted out. uvu (I may be wrong, please correct me if so)

there should be one Doctor in this game. Naruto or Prottoy weren't doctors. and the most essential point:

Of the remaining NOBODY has said that he/she is a doctor. Only the derpinator has claimed so. If anyone else was the Doctor, the person would have come forward and say that The derpinator is lying. Why is this being such a great confusion??

Yeah, nobody else is claiming he/she is the doctor, if he were lying it would mean he's Mafia, and the doctor of the town would know and would tell us, so...

Not necessarily. They could have been one of the inactive ones, or they didn't want to reveal their role and let Derpinator take the bullet for them. Just an idea, though an unlikely one.

Why would the real doctor step up if the_derpinator is basically offering free protection from the kill?

In the above case, if a townie lets a Mafia play on like that, I have nothing to say. The person is letting the entire town down.

For now, let's focus on those who haven't said about having powers yet.

The real doctor should step up because, the townies would else vote away someone innocent in place of the derpinator.
Think of the Mayor who has to cast his second vote as the deciding vote, between the derpinator, and the other. Or the Jailkeeper who accidentally prevents the derpinator from being eliminated thinking that he is the doctor. That would be a loss for the town right?

And that is the reason whey the real doctor should step up.

Also I made a list of 7 people who had made known that they have special powers. So remaining are 12. let's think that the 9 Mafia are among those 12, without unnecessarily doubting those who have revealed.
