These may be 'negative feedbacks' but these are also constructive crictism with our opinions on your suggestion. They can be positive, they can be negative, in suggestions, be prepared for opinions that may not agree with you because everyone has an opinion and a point of view. That's what posting suggestions are for anyway: to know what others feel and think about it. From what I've seen no one has been hostile in their post either, these are opinions and thought on your suggestion. Not everyone can agree on one thing.

I'm pretty sure everyone that posted here understands what you are trying to say but understanding doesn't equal agreement. I understand why someone is Vegan, but am I going to be a Vegan? No, I won't. If someone can't even be bothered to check around the sites they might not even be qualified for the position, nuff said.

Just to be clear, we understand where you're coming from. However, as I [and several others] have mentioned already, there's a reason we don't make a site-wide announcement whenever Mod applications open.

If they're active in the forum, they'll notice for themselves whether or not applications are open, because the thread is very active whenever the applications are actually open. Consider 'notice applications are open' as your first task if you want to be considered for the job as Mod.
