Draco grew up in a small village full
of sword master's along with his father. Their village had long
been known for their famous master swordsman's. His father was no
different, but with a catch. Draco's father rose to fame when he
was just a teenager but he soon fell from fame in his later year's.
He became a mockery and laughing stock by the other villager's. His
father personally taught Draco how to use bladed weapons at a young
age. Whether it would a sword, an axe, or a rapier, Draco was
taught how to use it.
Once Draco had gotten older, his father revealed the truth about him to Draco. And Draco...honestly didn't care. His father was his father and he was taught what he taught because his father cared about him. Knowing who his father was doesn't change what he was taught and it doesn't change that the fact Draco's father is his father. His father was uncontrollably happy. From that point on, Draco was pushed exceptionally hard. Draco soon mastered his skills with bladed weapons and soon moved to melee weapons. And lastly to ranged weapons such as bows and guns.
His father was not very smart outside of weapons and so Draco personally taught himself everything. He taught himself Math, Social Studies, Science, etc. And surprisingly, Draco is smarter than the average person despite the hurdle of having to teaching himself without anyone's help or guidance. When Biotech was discovered, it was pure murder to Draco. Literally. Even with the advancement of Biotech, Draco's village still stuck with their old ways in swordsmanship. They could of easily adopted into Biotech Swords, but they refused.
Many people from the big city found the people in Draco's village a nuisance. They were wasting their food, water, and air when they barely can even fight against Biotech weapons. People wanted to get rid of them to expand their cities and produce more Biotech weaponry. A small militia was secretly formed of around 100 people. All 100 of them attacked the village and it was shear bloodshed. Nearly the entire village was killed. The children were sent away while the adults stayed to fight. Draco was not a child and had to fight but his father refused. So he was sent with the children as their supervisor. Draco and the children watched in horror as the people in their village were gunned down, one by one.
The village barely fought back. The 100 men and woman of the militia only had been reduced down to 97 while the villages population was dropped only to 13%. The remaining 13% being Draco and the now orphaned children. All their resources were gone and they had to logical way of restoring their village. Draco took the children and took them to the big city in the hopes of opening an orphanage for the children. Miraculously, Draco found an orphanage that was still running but the owner was growing old and no one would take her place. 6 children were already at the orphanage when he and the children arrived, but Draco didn't care. He agreed to rake the old lady's place and now Draco is the supervisor and caretaker of the small orphanage he simply calls "Draco's Orphanage." Draco had no way of providing money so he searched for a job.
Draco was wandering around the streets going to different stores looking for a job when he spotted a lady being robbed. Draco kept a small dagger in a sheath that his father made as his birthday present before the village was destroyed. Draco knew the rules and he didn't think he needed to kill the robber. Draco attacked the thief using the still sheathed dagger, using it more as a blunt weapon, and both unarmed the robber and rescued the lady's purse. Not only that, the thief was on the ground, knocked out. A government official was in a nearby restaurant and turned to look at the lady and thief when she screamed. He jumped up, ready to stop the thief until Draco arrived. The government official approached Draco and offered him a spot in the EPC. Draco was reluctant at first but considering his options, he accepted the job.
Draco was given a Biotech sword based on his own design. Draco keeps the dagger in the orphanage as a a relic and artifact of the past. A reminder of their village.

Personality:
Draco is quiet. Not silent, but quiet. He does speak but not very often. And whenever he talks, he doesn't talk for long. His face often shows little to no facial expression and mainly shows his true colors to the kids at the orphanage. Draco knew what most of the children went through and wanted to make sure they forgot about what happened until they were older. Despite Draco showing no emotions and not speaking, he does have a heart. He acts kindly towards other's he believes deserve his respect and kindness. However, Draco does not take betrayal easily.

Astreya Kusunagi
Age:
16
Gender:
Male
Class:
Gunner
Weapon:
Astreya wields two pair's of pistols. Astreya is able to change the effect of the ammo she is using on the flying. Whether it would high penetration rounds or elemental bullets such as incendiary rounds. Once again, this is possible due to the advancements of the Biotech.
However, she sometimes uses Dual Silenced P90's due to their high ammo capacity. The only reason she would ever use these instead of her pistols is when she knows she is gonna be entering a long mission or a stealth mission since her P90's have integrated silencer's. She doesn't really have a name for either of name like Draco does.

Draco and Astreya are actually
siblings. Astreya has a different last name because their parents
are divorced and her mother hasn't remarried. Astreya and Draco
were separated at the age of 3 and 6, respectively. Draco's father
started caring more about Astreya and Draco's training than him and
their mom. The conditions in the village were also starting to
worsen. Afraid of their health, the situation of the village, and
tired of the mockery from the other villager's, their mom took
Astreya to the big city to care for her.
In the area of the big city where Astreya grew up, melee weapons were nearly non-existent there. And so, Astreya was taught how to use guns. Astreya wasn't interested at first but soon grew to love the sound of guns. She only learned how to effectively wield pistols, assault rifles, submachine guns, and sniper's. She wasn't a fan of the weight of LMG's or the lack of range with shotgun's.
Astreya just happened to have a EPC Soldier in the shooting range always went to practice her aim. Astreya was shooting a high recoil pistol at fast speed for a high recoil weapon and achieved accurate results. Not perfect by all means but damn impressive with a high recoil weapon. The EPC Soldier saw the potential in her and showed her to the higher ups who then hired her. Astreya and Draco still had memories of each other, so when they met at EPC, they knew who they were immediately. But soon after joining EPC, her mother died and no one knows who did it.

Personality:
Astreya is a very king and friendly person. She is not afraid and often does interact with people. She loves talking and having conversations but she knows her limits and know not to drag them on for too long. Despite this, she seems somewhat collective and seems to have many mysteries. Some people, even Draco himself, believe that Astreya is hiding something. Whether it would a like or dislike, something about her past, or what she thinks of other people. And in truth, Astreya does. But people often forget about it when they talk to her. She always seems to be too kind hearted, friendly, and thoughtful to be hiding a possibly dark and sinister secret.

This roleplay needs more female character's. I gotcha fam.
Astreya wear's a cat ear headband. They are not real cat ear's. She wears them because Draco gave those to her as a goodbye fit but they were too big for Astreya at the time. Once she was 14 year's old, she started wearing them daily.
Then he saw that Amy was there " Oh hey Amy, I am really sorry about what happened earlier... I can be over-dramatic sometime. I hate it if someone gets a bad first impression of me... Can I make It up to you?"
