Plot: Treestar of PineClan is the new leader, and has recieved an omen from StarClan saying darkness is coming. Silvercloud, his mate, has told him that in order to keep the clan, and his kits safe. Treestar must grow, and protect the clan just like the trees protect PineClan from rain, and snow. Just like a growing tree it will branch off and some branches will fall into the forest of darkness.

In the darkness of a forest a black cat moving silently behinds a deer. She tries to kill it and eat. Her name is ShinyClaw and she escape from her clan because she wants to be strong and kill her leader. He kill all family of ShinyClaw. She can talk with starclan too but she never try it

(errr Litten? I don't think cats can kill deer by themselves)

Treepelt jumped into the rock it had been a few moments after Ripplepaw woke him with the terrible news of Featherstar's death. He then sighed and got the courage to call to the clan to gather. As he sat there he waited for his clanmates to wake up and father beneath the cliff.

Owlfeather stood up from the warrior's den and stretched. He yawned, then he walked towards the place Treepelt was at. Had anything bad happened? he wondered. He said, "What's the matter?"

Treepelt looked down and saw Owlfeather "Featherstar has unfortunately joined StarClan while she slept" he began on a sad note. He saw as his kits looked at the dead leader laying in the clearing as if she were asleep. Ripplepaw, and Shadedpaw were placing comfrey on her pelt.

Treepelt nodded Should I say something about my dream he thought to himself , but soon shook it away. "We will have a vigil for her tonight, and tomorrow I'll go to the moon cavern to recieve my new name and nine lives" he began with a sorrowful tone. "I promise that I will protect my clan, and treat all cats in my clan as if they were my kin" he meowed softly. "I will protect it as much as Featherstar did in her long life" he finished softly. Ripplepaw then nodded before chanting "Treepelt Treepelt" into the night sky.

Treepelt looked at the sky and noticed it was long past moon high. When will I appoint the deputy he thought. "I'll appoint one before I leave for my lives." He meowed hoping the warrior would understand.

Treepelt narrowed his eyes at the she cat how could she be so disrespectful sleeping through a clan meeting he thought to himself , but shook it away "Featherstar is dead. She joined StarClan after her green cough claimed her in her sleep" he summarized for the late warrior.

Treepelt looked at her as if she had lost her mind, "I am. I was deputy for Featherstar" he replied awkwardly. Does she not know how the warrior code...all deputies are to become leader after the leader isn't able to lead... he thought to himself with a flinch.

Treepelt sighed softly he wasn't a fan of repeating his words. He was about to say something when Ripplepaw responded "Treepelt said earlier that he would appoint one after the vigil and burying ceremony, since it's after moon high" he summarized simply to the warrior. Treepelt then nodded a thanks to the apprentice and waited to continue in case she had anything else to say.

Treepelt looked over to Amberflame before he finished the meeting. "Once Featherstar is raised to rest I will appoint the deputy, and leave for the moon cavern" he finished and dismissed the clan by jumping to the ground.
