(Bulbasaur used lick and tickle before it was cool.)
Amber had already understood this, being able to read a Pokemon's mind and all. She then saw Litwick glowing.
Light gasps. "Lit... lit li litick..? (Are... are you evolving?)"
Scout also ran over to see what was going on.

Litwick begins evolving due to his experience with the other fire types, Infernape and Chandelure.
Litwick takes the shape of Lampent, and then the evolutionary light stops.

The first think Lure as a Lampent does is to stick out a tongue made of flames to Victor.
"What?" Victor says, surprised.

(1. This is probably one of the biggest personality changes for Victor to handle..
2. Time to stick up with my second most hated middle evolution (for everyone's info, I hate Charmeleon the most))

(I don't mind Lampent that much, but I do like Chandelure more~
My least favourite middle evolution would be Quilladin.)
Light is appalled that the first thing this lampent did after evolving was make a rude gesture.
"Pat patrat pat. (That's a normal thing that happens when a Pokemon evolves.)" Scout says.

(I think I'm beginning to hate Dartrix more day by day, and I'm liking Brionne more day by day, but Torracat will be always the best...)

"I don' think that' very normal.." Victor mutters, since none of the Pokemon he had evolved so far had such a personality change.

Chandelure takes a few seconds to scold Lure, since he had come to respect Victor, the trainer who had managed to make his timid and 'good-for-nothing' son to something who could defeat his own dad.
"Lam-Lampent! Lamp ent! (Dosen't matter how much you scold me!)" Lure says, and disappears into shadows.

"I guess my first ghost type will be a difficult Pokemon to train." Victor says.

(I'm fine with most of Dartrix design, but what is with that weird eye brow hair? It's like a teenager going through some phase..

"Some Pokemon tend to do that when they evolve. I guess this is your first time encountering this problem?" Amber says.
"Lit litwick lit. (Let's go back to training..)" Light mutters to Scout. Scout just nodded and both of the Pokemon walked away. Light was actually coming to like Lure, but that new attitude bothered her.

"I had it with my Charizard, but he had angry tantrums when he was a Charmeleon, not this..." He says, as he stops Lampent from using a fun curse on Victor.

Victor decides to leave Lampent alone for a while. Lure then flies towards a dark, discarded Pokemon center, looking for some life force to feed on.

After the battle, Scout won and leveled up, he took the revive and full restore and gave them to Light, reviving her. "Patrat. (Good battle._" He said.
"Litwick. (You too.)" Light says.

Victor sees Litwick, and recalls him for the time being. Chandelure waves a good bye to Victor, Amber and the others. He looks at Light. "Chand- Chandelure (Good luck. Make us proud.)" Chdnelure says to Light, as she was a member of the Litwick evolution line in Unova, and thus a part of the wide-spread Litwick tribe.

Chandelure gives a last look to Lampent's pokeball, and a tear of wax Forms near his eyes. He then floats away to the others of his species.

Victor's army group of fire types are talking to each other in Pokemon language, talking about nothing but battling! Some voices in Pokemon language could be heard from their training spot.

"I felt fantastic when I defeated that mega Blastoise!" Victor Charizard (Flare) says.
"Our friend Torterra is so weak! I wonder how can our trainer work with a defensive Pokemon like Torterra, he teaches us to all out ATTACK!" Infernape says aggressively.
"Don't talk of Victor like this.." Blaze says.
"You just preach us to respect him and all that.." Houndoom replies Blaze.
"Stop breathing your flames onto my fur, houndoom!" Rapidash says arrogantly.

Victor smiles as he hears the Pokemon chatter.

(Nothing much, Victor's shiny Litwick (now named Lure), battled Victor's Infernape, and won due to his immunities. Then Lure's father, a Chandelure comes to test weather Litwick can live with a trainer or not, and then requests to battle Lure. The Litwick then somehow learns Destiny Bond, and it results in a draw. With all the experience with the high-levelled Pokemon, Litwick evolves into Lampent, and then his timid personality changes into playful (which is not good for Victor) Daddy Chandelure grants Lure permission to live with Victor, and leaves. Victor's fire types do some gossip to pass the time. Sorry for the long summary)

Victor calls out Lure, to see if the personality change had been temporary. But Lure comes out, shows Victor a tongue made out of the Lamp flames, and then uses heat wave, making Victor charred.
"Houndoom, dark pulse..." Victor commands, with a sigh. Houndoom uses dark pulse, but Lure escapes to the nearby hospital to look for leftover life energy.
