yeah there is a Spottedpaw X Thistleclaw theme to Spottedleaf's heart, but Spottedpaw sees how Thistleclaw was training. I haven't read the entire thing yet. Right now I'm working on Thunderstar's Echo

I just heard from LZRD WZRD. It really sucks that she is. I feel like she was what made warriors be complete. When she helped write from Into the Wild to Thunder Rising, we never missed anything, and there weren't any between books deaths. Now, we get "Several days have passed since..." and stuff like "I'm supposed to meet Violetpaw tonight..." I mean, the books are still fine, but at least make there be more continuation. Ill also really miss the novellas. They were short but good gap fillers. We see what happened to Ravenpaw, why Mapleshade is in the Dark Forest, and why Pinestar became a kittypet. I hope Vicky continues to write great books, and I wished her luck on her adult series.

@Fernsong (aka Jek_Porkins due to new username) Vicky is still writing, but the books she's writing now are going to be a bit more aimed for an adult/young adult audience. (So mainly romantic novels.)

You know what I never got? After the Great Battle, the Dark Forest was defeated but not destroyed. So what stopped the Dark Forest warriors from attacking the cats that betrayed the Dark Forest (like Blossomfall and Mousewhisker) in their dreams?

Magic? Good question. Maybe after the battle Blossomfall, and Mousewhisker are tormented in their dreams...only to wake up and be on the verge of StarClan? Or maybe StarClan is keeping a closer eye on the border (since a border is confirmed in Crookedstar's promise.)

And yeah, Tallstar was amazing. He was my favorite WindClan leader. I always disliked Onestar, but (Spoiler Alert on Shattered Sky)

Now that he died, Harespring will become leader. Maybe he can make ThunderClan and WindClan friends again.

wait Tallstar was ThunderClan's leader? Man which version of the series am I reading XD jk I love Tallstar he is one of my favorite WindClan leaders. I mean he managed to protect his clan when they were driven from their home in the first series, I be it in an odd place, and he was a great leader overall.
