Yes, you message the person who receives the pokemon in the wonder trade.

Also, as a note: since this is based off of a trust system, easy and medium pokemon are probably more likely to succeed.

Well, since this is just a theoretical experiment, if they don't "Pass it on", nothing really happens.

The fun is in seeing how far a Pokemon can go.

How many places it has to visit before attaining its goal.

Or if it gets "stuck" somewhere.

I might also wonder trade a few Pokémon named "WT Experiment" to try and spread the word about this to other wonder traders XD Or would that be confusing?
