New medal rally rule

Users are not allowed to make a raffle just to get to the top of medal rally,it's just not fair for non-famous or users that don't contain much stuff to giveaway,so it's totally unfair.
Also,another thing is,that people would love to hatch eggs fast without noticing that they entered the medal rally,so there should be a button ''participate on stronger pokemon rally'' ''participate on most hatched eggs rally'' and for the other ones for example berry feeding and coin flip,nothing should change.If you don't support me,then tell me a good reason why,cause if that rule gets implemented,it will be more fair for normal users and harder for famous and rich users to reach the 1st 2nd or 3rd place.
Furthermore,users should be able to ask 'Can you guys please interact with my ???' when their pokemon is on medal rally,or 'Can you guys help me hatch my eggs please?'When they are at egg rally,
But,we the rally partipicants should be able to do interaction exachanges with other users,cause you give and they return or the opposite.So it's fair.

"Non famous" users as you put it, can and do win in the medal rally, the competition can be tough but users do win wihth out raffles, it's called hard work. You don't win these things by just sitting around and even if raffles are hosted, they don't always make much of a difference.
There is also no need for other medal rally's for different type of people hatching eggs, the ones we have now are good enough and if some one does accidentally win one, then why should that be a bad thing? It's nice when that happens for any one.
-- Users DO do this already, it's the same with interactions and whilst return interactions are nice, no one is obligated to.

Just because people are "famous" on here, really doesn't mean much, the majority of the time, they won't win a medal rally anyways due to multiple factors, like advertising/ clicking much. Just because they're more "famous" on here, doesn't really give them a one-up. Why should someone who's working their butts off, be penalized because some non-famous users are having a hard time winning a medal? We work hard, too, we work hard at getting prizes to hold raffles to boost our chances, that's the whole point of the medal rally.
Why though? I don't see a problem at all with people accidentally winning a medal for something.
That's being incredibly biased towards people on here just because of their status, and incredibly unfair.
Why should people who have more time on their hands and/or money to spend be penalized because someone else can't? Why should someone who happens to be well known on here be penalized for being well known? It's not their fault they're well known, they just are?
I'm not too sure what you're meaning by this last paragraph?
I'm pretty sure users do this already, unless you're talking about going around on threads and posting "hey click this pls its for medal rally" or pm'ing people do do that? because that's an absolute no-no, as well.
