(First of all,DONT CALL YOURSELF A NOOB.You are not a noob.You can go anywhere just dont get caught by humans.You can go outside the border and there are some huts with some pokemon in there.You have your own hut.There is a Nursey,The training place by the village,The huge waterfall that allows pokemon to leave and come.Humans cant do the same.There is more but they are still being build.)
