there should be a very small chance that you will find a super honey at the honey combs, even with regular combeee

No. Super Honey is the only thing making Male Shiny Combees usefull, and it would make them almost useless.

Even with shiny combee, the chances of getting super honey are still pretty small. By making it possible to get super honey with normal combee, you'd be decreasing the incentive to get shiny combee (and decreasing the value of super honey). Overall, I don't really see why we need this.
