Luna lifted her ears as she tilted her head. She smelled something near by, but it wasn't dangerous. She glanced back at the group before padding off.

(I already spoke to MommaFae. Its gonna look like Luna is missing for a bit)

Nightheart looked at panthe and padded up to her. "Why arent you eating?" he growled to her. He took no notice yet of Lunas disappearence.

Panthe let out a whimper as Nightheart growled he her, her ears going down. She tucked her tail between her legs, speaking. "I'm not hungry, sir." She squeaked, looking away.

(This post takes about 30 minutes from start to finish in RP time)


Luna padded quite a ways from the group and started sniffing around. When she finally caught the scent trail she picked up her pace. Her eyes darted from side to side as she kept alert. The husky wolf mix stopped when she saw a pile of leaves moving around and sniffed them. She jumped back when she felt something touch her muzzle and looked closely. She saw two eyes looking back at her, causing her to tilt her head. Removing the leaves she saw what she had been following. A small pup. The pup had to have barely been weaned and made Luna look around. There was no sign of any others near. Luna let out a sigh and motioned for the pup to follow.

He walked up to Panthe and nuzzled her side affectionatly. " You need to eat I need you to be in top shape for the pack. They need you. I need you. Now eat." nightheart had started to wonder what happened to Luna.

"You don't need me... I'm terrible at hunting on my own, and with others. It doesn't matter." Panthe looked away, her face becoming warm as he nuzzled her side.

Luna made her way back and glanced at the little furball that followed her. She let out a sigh wondering if they would even allow the pup in the pack, but she couldn't just let the pup starve. She had to give it a chance. She could see the deer and the others and lowered her head as she slowly walked forward.

Panthe blinked a bit, before padding to the deceased doe. She knelt down and began to nibble on it lightly. She had forgotten the taste of doe due to her strict healing diet after her... Hunting incident. She finished as her stomach filled a little, barely leaving a few small bite marks in the body.

Nightheart sighed but was satisfied at Panthe eating and licked her muzzle affectionatly. " Now lets figure out what happened to luna and drag this back to camp." Looking up at the noonhigh sun.

Luna heard NightHeart. "I am here NightHeart. Sorry I left. I followed a scent that lead me to this" she said taking a step to the left, revealing the little pup behind her. The pup looked at NightHeart and tilted her head.

Panthe nodded, shoving her muzzle under the dos, before continuing with her whole body and placing the deer on her back. It was heavy for her frail back, but she kept it there and began to walk steadily. She noticed the pup and smiled. She loved pups and always had a fondness for them.

Nightheart looked down to the pup and bavk at luna. "Where did she come from?" he sniffed the pup curious.

Luna sighed. "I found her in a pile of leaves. No other scents around her." She watched as the pup licked NightHeart's muzzle as she had to Luna's. "I didn't want to just leave her" she replied.

Panthe let the doe slide off her back as she knelt in front of the pup. "Would you like some food, my little warrior?" She asked, taking on a motherly sweet tone.

Nightheart sighed and thought of the pups at home. Shes still too young to be a Squirepup so we will need to make a little more room and hunt a little extra today." He padded over and helped lift the Doe and slowly they headed back to the clearing.
