Forum-Index → Fan Clubs → Inactive Clubs → The Everything Arts Club (Accepting!)That looks great! I would do the inside of the wings kinda a darker purple but besides that it looks great (Y)

And we got called them all
So we grew up believing no one
Would ever fall in love with us
That we'd be lonely forever
That we'd never meet someone
To make us feel like the sun
Was something they built for us
In their tool shed
So broken heart strings bled the blues
As we tried to empty ourselves
So we would feel nothing
i'd say, study wings!
here's a nice chart of different type of wings
enjoy
ze chart
[hope it is readable]
@Mako
DRAGONS
RAAAAAAAAWR
also, i found out something rather embarassing
hahaha
i actually can't draw dragon claws that are on the gound
like, i can draw them if they aren't flattened out
but OH BOi when a dragon stands
nope
i just cannot. i have only practised headshots as of recently
[i mean, i don't have time for fullbodies *sobs*]
what
why?
how?
eh?
@anyone that wants to draw wings like A BOSS
[peeps that don't want to can absolutely ignore this part. also, this is a...suggestion? you don't have to follow this. i mean, i am not, i repeat, NOT a master at art. at all. rip]
1. learn the basics through tutorials
here's a great one that i myself used: bird wings
2. stare at pictures of birds [check which wing type you want, hahaha]
these can be from the web or your local bird encyclopedia where ALLOFTHEBIRDSAREDRAWNSOWELLDRAWNERMAGERD *coughs*
3. practise. i mean, that's what we all do so i think all of you have gotten those grounds covered *winks*
congrats!
you can now draw weird bird creatures *cough*likeNazgurhere*cough*
or angels with accurate looking wings
i heard from linux
such a shame...
why must some people ruin good things
''this is why we can't have nice things''
srsly...
well, you can SEE in your drawings that you put effort in them
which makes them more valueable
and in my eyes, better as well
effort is half the work in art
the others are creativity and practise, hahaha
Effort is definitely something that makes art amazing
If you spend five minutes with a base, then... well, we all know what's coming, and I'm not gonna waste space and rant here
I have a drawing I made for someone sitting in my files on my kindle, but I haven't been able to get the drawing up since I drew it three or four months ago
that sprite was poorly edited...
i mean a "bad" drawing, something simple, is good has long has you put your heart and effort on it. :o
you know, i think it's amazing when someone that have no skill in drawing actualy put his heart on a drawing, even if it's "ugly", he worked on it, and it's great.
