Rules:
No two of the same eeveelutions! I will make a list of the taken eeveelutions.
If you don't get the eeveelution you want, or it is taken, don't cry to me, or ask that user if you can have their character. If it's gone, it's gone.
No God-modding/Mary-sues
You must take the quiz to get your character, the quiz is here: Quiz
When you take the quiz and get the results, make your character of that.
If you can, take a snapshot of your quiz result to prove that you took the quiz.
The quiz doesn't have Syleveon or Eevee, so 2 users who join can choose one of those.

Other: She likes to use her psychic powers instead of her hands because her bones in her hands are weak. So, she is good at using her powers to her advantage in battles.

Personality: Because of her icy element, she is often stereotyped as cold, but is actually quite lively as well as clean, focused, and contained. The frigid makes her hardy, patient, and a perceptive leader. Like a Pokémon enshrouded in a snow cloak or an icicle itself, she is patient with watchful eyes that soak in her surroundings. She says people without enough ice in their personality are too quiet and nervous, and are poor decision-makers. Those who are overly icy are destructive with plenty of brute strength but not enough intelligence. She can have trouble composing her powers, however, and can let her power get a bit out of control. She likes to use weather attacks first thing when battling, knowing her actual attacks will then hit harder.
Fun/Cool Fact: She has ice and snow powers, just like a Glaceon. But, she has a harder time controlling her power. She is the oldest sister.

Appearance:
Personality: Is very very calm, he just keeps holding his temperament down, no one knows how he can almost handle the most stressful situations. He is also very good with small children, he knows just what to do with them. As his name indicates, he is very happy for the forest. He knows almost every creature there is in there. Same side, he is afraid of almost everything. He just doesnt show it, to keep his image he has made up in the years.
Other: He has seen to make things grow faster, when touching them. Even when they are just sat down in the ground.

Personality: Mystere is, much like her name, rather mysterious. Being a 'creature' of the night adds to this, and she rarely opens up to others, usually acting very timid around others. When befriended, she is loyal, protective and kind, always making sure those around her are safe.
