I've already got 2 explorers, so what would be the best career?
Alchemist sounds like a pretty decent career. I may take it. I can soon make 4th villager, that can be a herbalist since I have lots of icy seeds.
Pros/Cons list below.

Alchemists
Pros:
- Selling potions is a great way to get FC, especially your village's specialty morph potion, which can be sold for up to 35,000 FC.
- The time it takes to make potions isn't that long, and unlike the Doctor, there is no "potency" mechanic.
Cons:
- Heavily relies on a Herbalist to provide necessary herbs, because it takes a lot to make potions.
Construction Workers
Pros:
- Construction Workers can use wood that Explorers bring back to make stuff like Botany Pots and Houses, which can either be used or sold.
- They can also repair structures that you own (although I haven't figured out this mechanic yet.)
- You can hire them out to other users to repair their structures.
Cons:
- While basic items like Botany Pots only take a little bit of wood, Houses and the like consume a huge amount and take hours to make.
Explorers
Pros:
- Gets 20 guaranteed chances to find FC and items.
- Brings back seeds for Herbalists and other items for various other careers, which can later be converted into a sale able product (such as potions, medicine, costumes, etc.)
- You can also just sell the items for a pretty good profit (I get around 1000 FC just from items that my Explorers bring back.)
Cons:
- Number of explorations is halved when an Explorer falls ill, which considerably reduces their effectiveness.
... That's about all I have to say about these three careers.

About Herbalists, if you have another career that relies on a Herbalist then it's better to act as a support for them instead of a FC generator, but if you don't then having a Herbalist is a pretty good way for FC.

i already have:
-Explorer
-Herbalist
-Doctor (Explorer when I don't need a doctor, like right now)
-Construction Worker
and also do you think it would be smart to change my village? i hate that Olde Foxbury doesn't have a morphing potion like Dragonsmaw Manor, Quetzal Palace, and Oceandome do :( and what are the cons to switching villages?
Changing your villages has quite a few cons- all of your expertise in making town-specific items becomes useless, and some villages have higher disease rates and lower item durability.

Voltage - Alchemist
Mora - Explorer
Wicker - Herbalist
Wicker failed on one plant I needed to make a DAD Morph Potion for Mora, which was a Flying Red Tip Plant, so I'd have to find the seeds again to harvest another plant.

Each place has a different needed house style. Olde Foxbury is Olde Foxbury House. Quetzal Palace is Quetzal Palace house.
It has a few pros as well, since you then can gather the items needed to make that village's morphing potion when exploring, and can buy their capsules right in the store. Of course, that doesn't mean you can't make a morphing potion if you're from a different village, simple means you have to get the items from the user stalls.
An alchesmist is NOT limited to the potions they can make in their village. Only what they can BUY in their village. If you get a hold of a recipe in general, morphing, medical whatever. You can use it on your alchemist no matter where they are from.
And my recommendation. Herbalist. Make everything a hebalist if you can buy common seeds for cheap in the user stalls. If you grow plants, you can sell them off really quick. I make 40k-50k FC this way per day.
