(Yes, he can destroy his own magic, thats why he doesn't uses any of his moves.
Well, he actually has a weakness: his sneeze contains water, so if you make him sneeze while he is using magic, any magic will temporally be deactivated)

(Depends. If the Pokemon uses water moves on his magic, then the magic disappears, but if the Pokemon is made literally out of water, or has water all over its body, then its immune.
Same thing happens to anything; wet = immune to magic)
