pokemon high is a school with 6 classrooms and a gym where you battle each other

I just feel that this school should not have legendarys because...
There is a school RP already for legendary Pokémon
If they are allowed, I think many players will want to be legendary Pokémon for their rarity/power, making most of the students legendary Pokémon. This may make the more common Pokémon feel bad.
Also, what if the legendary "students" brag and use their powers for mean things? What if they make their own little quests to become one of those special little snowflakes? And if that is not allowed, they can say it is because they are a legendary Pokémon!
I hope we are on the same page. It is ok if you want to disagree though.

One more question, what Pokémon is the principal?

Maybe for S.S the teacher could be a fossil Pokémon? Maybe because they were alive in the old times.
Maybe for language arts there could be a dragonite as the teacher? Idk:S

age: 10 (like me)
history: Squirty is a very shy pokèmon. He likes to sit at the corner tables and has awkward response to "Hi". (He just says "Uh... Hi?" ) He also likes to sleep and also moves to color.
moves: Tidal wave, Protect, Wash out, and Blizzard.
Morphing abilities: Squirty will sometimes randomly morph into Squirchic (a psychic form of Squirtle whose pink instead of blue. But he keeps the same attacks.
wins: none so far
losses: none so far (Squirty has never battled before)
friends: to shy to make any
classes: Math History and Gym
clubs: Squirtle's corner
