Wouldn't it be wasier if we can just click and drag like in the 3ds version of the games for easy sorting out our boxes? Thanks.

I like to sort out my boxes or else i end up auctioning my moms away

Ah, so you mean sorting the pokemon inside the boxes? They're automatically sorted by pokedex number.
... Or if you mean moving pokemon to other boxes, wouldn't drag-'n-drop be more clumsy that the current checkbox system?

Well both. Besides in the game they have these marks on them like star, circle or square so theyre all tagged differently
