Any alterations to the sprite: Nope.
Background: Can you do black? Like not pure black... But like dark-ish grey colors?
HP bar Color: Yellow
Other?: I've always wanted one of these!! :D (Tip yet again xD)

Please look at the example again. The reason that there's a link in that example is because just giving a general species is not what these are for. It's to be custom for that specific pokémon on the site. This means that if it has been given a nickname, that name will show up on the box, and it's made special for that pokémon itself.
If you don't have that pokémon, that's fine, but you need to provide what you expect the nickname will be, or you have to specifically state that there is no nickname.
Which means all the custom box images posted above this message have been rejected, sorry >.<
The Little Devil orders have been accepted and will be finished before I go to sleep tonight~
