"It started out with a small group in the Sinnoh reigon, years after team Plasma was disbanded. They said pokemon were beneath us. They were tools for our use. We could capture them in tiny balls, why should we pretend to treat them equally, as if we ever did? At first, we thought it was rediculous, but they were smart. Many joined their cause, word got out to other reigons, and groups formed there too. Then, government began to consider the groups' ideals. It seemed to become more and more rational, when they invented the poke-rope. Using the same techniques as a pokeball, it kept pokemon from being able to fight back. Suddenly, pokemon became synonymous with slavery. They were no longer friends, no longer partners. No, they were living, breathing, tools. Being friends with pokemon became a childish thing that you grew out of. The original group long gone, the world has changed, aged sixty-three years since the revolution first began. 'Wild Pokemon' is a rare term used, and 'friends' are never used near the word 'pokemon.' A whole new generation is now being born, and I just hope that I can share the joys of being friends with pokemon with my grandson before my time is up."

He hides a Pidgeot feather on a necklace, it came from a Pidgeot that a member of the mysterious group killed that was his friend. Keystone is hidden in his pocket, he recieved the keystone and megastone from his grandpa
Personality: kind, generous, sort of hardheaded, he hides a close bond that he shares with Pokemon as he treats them as his friends.

He wears a red vest over a black shirt, and blue jeans he also has a blue bandanna on his right shoulder and black cut off gloves. He has blue jeans, brown shoes, and a black bag. He hides a keystone as well and a Blastoiseite is attached to his Blastoise, he recieved his while training in a cave, and finding a battle area where a trainer had lost his.
Personality: hard headed, close minded, though he is compassionate, and loyal.
Pokemon: Blastoise, shiny Umbreon, Fearow, Houndoom, Mightyenna named Doom, and an egg

Other: he shares a close bond with some of his Pokemon. He hides it and the only one to know is his best friend Tiger. He and Tiger sneak off to the forest to train their Pokemon to try and take down the government and to free the Pokemon slaves. So he and Tiger are sort of undercover rebels.

Personality: He dosen't believe in slavery, and his family shared the same bond with Pokemon. He is eager in having battles, and does not think before taking decisions when excited.

Pokemon:(optional for humans only) Charizard (named Flare, holds Charizardite X), Typhlosion (named Blaze, more in other), Raichu (named Volt), Dragonair (Shiny, named Shine)

Other: 1.Victor is acting as a sort of government rebel, characteristic of his family, most of whom are dead. His parents were killed in Hoenn, and his sister is not heard of. (I plan on adding her as a supporter of slavery). The only one he cares about now are his Pokemon, and, a Rayquaza protects Victor and talks to him through a special locket. (Can I have Rayquaza, if you don't mind?).
2.(It's a special ability related to Pokemon) Blaze the Typhlosion shares an intense bond with Victor. When their bond reaches the limit, Blaze is able to transform into a special Pokemon, called VBlaze. For you to understand it better, it's sort of Ash-Greninja, but with Victor and Blaze. I'll add a picture later.
