What if we had a new feature that allowed us to take a pokemon from our X, Y, Or, As, and when it comes out, Sun and moon, then transfer it to Pokeheroes! Whoelse likes this idea?

Uh, let me get this straight.
You are suggesting that we are able to transfer pokèmons from the official games to PokèHeroes?

PokèHeroes is a fan-game, it is not associated or related to the Pokèmon Company.
I also dont think this idea would work in any way? I don't even have to explain the flaws in your suggestion as it's pretty clear already, but if I have to;

PokèHeroes, I repeat, is a fangame, made by Riako.
It is not associated to the Pokèmon company nor it is possible in any way for this to happen- not only will this take a lot of hassle to work with, it's also unnecessary.
