Not only that, but we already have events for most holidays- and I'm sure the staff will come up with more.

And the fourth of July is not a major holiday to most of the world. It's just another day.
Seeing as how Riako lives in Germany, we've had one German holiday based event, but the others are based around the holidays.
Plus, posting the ideas in a thread isn't the best way to go about getting your ideas used. And just a name doesn't exactly help either. It's best to have an actual plan for the events and go to contact a spriter about it.
Exeggcute, Drifloon, and Vulpix are event ideas that I'd rather not see another of. Mainly because we already have them in an event form :p
