The logic.... That Emera Beach is a water related place, so, I predict the possibility of fishing out Volcanion through a summon item. And the Sprite here is the official Ph Sprite, obtained using the

[pkmnbig]721[/pkmnbig]

. And Volcanion's Pokedex entry is available.

My second news flash, new legends will be available![/b] Just look at the official PH sprites and dex entries...

I guess these legends will be added through new features, which are unown (to me, and you (if you are not a mod, a MIT or the Trollduck!)).

It may have to do something with black sand beaches, which are made from pulverized bits of dried lava.
