Ginger followed Toriel slowly. There was a lot of pink in the next room.

"Allow me to educate both of you in the operation of the Ruins." Toriel smiled before stepping on the buttons on the floor in a specific order. Then she pulled a lever. The door opened.
"The Ruins are full of puzzles. Ancient fusions between diversions and door keys. One must solve them to move from room to room. Please adjust yourselves to the sight of of them." Toriel went to the next room.

She snorted. Oh how cheesy that sounded.
Suddenly, her head started to hurt.

Ginger stopped when she saw a dummy in the room. She grabbed her stick and readied it at her side.
"As humans living in the Underground, monsters may attack you. Both of you will need to be prepared for this situation. However, worry not! The process is simple. When you encounter a monster, you will enter a FIGHT. While you are in a FIGHT, strike up a friendly conversation. Stall for time. I will come to resolve the conflict. Practice talking to the dummy," Toriel said.

She also pressed fight. She took her sniper and shot a plastic bullet at it, and the dust was spread onto her sniper.
"Ah! Both of you! Dummies are not for fighting! We do not want to hurt anybody, do we..?" she quickly shook her head off. "No, that is not possible. Come now." and she disappeared into the next room.

Froggit attacks you!
Ginger grinned and pressed the FIGHT button without thinking twice. She hit the Froggit with her stick, and it's dust sprayed onto Ginger's hands and Ginger's stick.
