The way down the Mountain had been harsh, but she'd imagined the Journey much longer and threatened. Not that she would Complain about it though.
She checked her fur, which was all clean again.

"There are several holes in this cave. We could use those as dens. Not only that, but in leaf-bare, the river overflows and creates a sort of barrier in front of the cave. That would be able to protect us."
