I'm not sure if this has been suggested before as I can't search from my phone. There could be a filter in our storage boxes for us to sort Pokémon by gender, type, nature, shinies, mega-ables, level, whether they're holding an item or not and so on. A search function could also be used to search a Pokémon by name or nickname (or a way to sort by alphabetical order). Like my other suggestions, this can also apply to the GTS setup, offering and Auction Setup.
